Absolutely outstanding service at Laurier Office Mart. I came in near closing time needing to print and bind an extremely large legal filing, well over 400 pages, five complete copies, plus last-minute corrections and updates. Instead of rushing me out the door, the staff stayed nearly an hour and a half past closing time to help me finish everything properly. What may have looked like “just printing” to others was actually something deeply important and time-sensitive for me, and they treated it with patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness from beginning to end. They never made me feel like a burden, even though the job was massive and complicated. They helped calmly, carefully, and with real human decency. That kind of service is rare. The quality of the printing and binding was excellent, but more importantly, the people there showed empathy, flexibility, and professionalism that genuinely made a difficult situation easier. I will never forget that. Thank you again to everyone at Laurier Office Mart for going above and beyond.
Really great experience getting my Barrister and Solicitor exam material printed here. The service was super fast, which I appreciated given the tight timelines. The binding and tabbing were done properly and everything was neat, organized and easy to use. Also, it was really easy to get everything set up, you just fill out a form and submit it online, or you can go in person if you prefer. Prices are also very reasonable. What stood out most was how kind and respectful the staff was, Varouje made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He had everything ready for me to pick up within two business days. I would definitely recommend if you want quick, and reliable service.
I came here with a very large package for FedEx (two sets of race skis) that they could not accept. They were however very helpful in helping me find the right place to drop off. While there I noticed great selection of office, school and art supplies. Super friendly owners. Very tidy store.
After three years in Ottawa, this is without a doubt the best printing store I’ve found. The service is very friendly and efficient. The staff are great, and every time I go, the results keep getting better in terms of both quality and time. Highly recommended!!
