I ordered a print of a 110-page book and was told it would be ready in one week. When I returned a week later, the employee told me he had forgotten about my order. I was patient, and he promised it would be ready the next day. When I came back the following day, he told me he was too busy and wouldn’t be able to do it after all.
I can’t believe I trusted his word. I needed this book for my studies, and his lack of professionalism wasted my time and left me without what I needed. I left very disappointed and frustrated with the service. I hope they improve their customer service and become more reliable in the future.
