KC booked my vehicle in within about a couple of weeks from the claim. They purchased the needed parts a week in advance. I brought the car in on Monday for what was estimated 2-3 business days. It was done same day around 4 pm. They also coordinated the rental car pickup for me, and also I left the rental car with them for the return. When I picked up my vehicle, it had been cleaned from the inside as well (and that's not a small thing after an Ottawa winter)! And the job was very well done - replaced rear bumbers like new. And the woman working the service desk there is very nice and polite. Extremely satisfied and fully recommend to use them.
Top notch service provided by Corey and his team at Kanata Collision. Quick turnaround, fair pricing, and high quality service. I put a deep scratch into my truck in a parking garage and they were able to restore my truck to look just like the day I drove it off the lot. I’ll be recommending Kanata Collision to everyone I know needing body work.
If you’re prepared to spend over $2,000 to repair the rust beneath your car’s rocker panels, have your vehicle out of service for 29 days, endure poor-quality workmanship, and receive no response when you follow up, then this is the place for you. I didn't want to post publicly about it, but I had no other choice after I stopped receiving emails with them.
Had a great experience with Kanata Collision & Auto Glass. They were upfront and honest about the repair cost and told me the truth about what actually needed fixing instead of trying to upsell anything. They also took care of a minor fix for me, which I really appreciated. Super professional, transparent, and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
Just had my F150 fixed at Kanata Collision, and just wanted to post about the great job they did. I don't normally post reviews, but the service was exceptional so I figured I would. Warren went out of his way to find a replacement truck as a rental for me, as I am constantly needing the truck for a project when the incident happened. Believe it or not, the work was done faster than expected, and they even cleaned under the hood (which was a pleasant surprise when I popped the hood to help jumpstart a neighbor) (neighbor was impressed also). Wish I could give 6 stars.
