I went in to have a scratch on my bumper assessed, and the specialist, Cory, took a close look and was able to remove most of it using thinner. It turns out it was just debris — something I wouldn’t have known without his attention to detail. Excellent workmanship and a great customer experience. Highly recommend!
I managed to rip a piece of molding off the side of my Rav 4 so I brought the piece to Kanata Collision to have it repaired and reinstalled. I had been to Kanata Collision on 3 occasions over the years and was always satisfied so the decision to go there was an easy one. I must say I was very impressed with the welcoming reception I received when I went in to the professionalism of the technician who did my repair. The repair didn't require new parts and was done very quickly. They didn't even charge me for the service. Once again a great experience at Kanata Collision!!

If you’re prepared to spend over $2,000 to repair the rust beneath your car’s rocker panels, have your vehicle out of service for 29 days, endure poor-quality workmanship, and receive no response when you follow up, then this is the place for you. I didn't want to post publicly about it, but I had no other choice after I stopped receiving emails with them.
