I normally don't leave reviews, but Eric mentioned there was a friendly review competition going on at his company, so I figured I'd help pump up his tires a little—and honestly, after the service we received, he earned every word of this review.
Eric was fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely meticulous, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly rather than simply rushing through the job. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his reputation.
What really stood out was how much knowledge he shared throughout the visit. He gave us several useful plumbing tips and maintenance tricks that most service technicians would never bother explaining. Not only did he solve the immediate problem, but he also helped us understand how to avoid future issues and potentially save money down the road.
The work area was left spotless, communication was excellent, and the final result was exactly what we hoped for. While nobody enjoys spending money on plumbing, the quality of workmanship and service made it feel like money well spent.
So yes, I'm helping Eric in his review competition, but only because he genuinely deserves the support. If every tradesperson cared this much about their craft, homeowners would have a lot fewer headaches. Highly recommended.

We were served by Connor. He was very polite, neat and professional. He listened attentively and understood the issue right away. He promptly finished the main job on the upstairs toilet, and was asked if he would have time to quickly check on a minor concern in the downstairs toilet, in which, he provided honest feedback that the issue wasn’t an emergency. We are very happy with the service provided by Connor as our plumber and with company as a whole, compared to others, as we have used John The Plumber in the past.

Had Tomas and his team come in to install a new sump pump pit system with backup. They did a fantastic job. They kept the worksite meticulously clean and kept me informed of all the steps as they happened. They accommodated a couple changes very easily and now I have peace of mind in case there is another flooding event. Would work with them again in a heartbeat

Im super happy with the service received through John the Plumber. Cameron was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. Both visits (removal of kitchen plumbing and the kitchen sink install) were smooth and I appreciated his insight to any questions I had!

Jon the plumber did an incredible job! I had a disconnected garden hose and a bathtub that was experiencing water hammering. Jon quickly diagnosed the issues and showed great expertise throughout the job. He was professional, respectful, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Highly recommend!
