Our plumber was awesome. I booked online and ticked the box for any available appt. Got a call on Sunday morning. He gave a quick assessment and quote. Completed the work as described in record time. Work was professional, neat, and cleaned up. He fully tested for leaks, with me watching, ensuring I was happy with service and was extremely polite and professional. The cost was reasonable.
Will definitely use John the plumber again.

Our experience with this company was great. I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Jeff called ahead and showed up on time. He figured out what the problem was and then gave us options to choose from. We made our decision, he got to work and fixed the problem. Jeff was knowledgeable, competent and very pleasant. I highly recommend John the Plumber. This is our second time using their services and both were satisfying experiences. We also found their prices reasonable. It’s a great comfort to have a competent, reliable plumber to call when you’re dealing with clogged drains and sump pump issues!

Amazing service! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and quality work. In addition to the job at hand, even took the time to explain to me my well system and how it works - above and beyond and really defined what it means to deliver quality service and genuine care for the client. Garrett and Owen came over a couple of days ago (it was Owen's first day!), for a clogged pipe that was in the bathroom which affected the kitchen as well.
They called prior to their arrival which was very courteous. They were both incredibly kind, patient, professional and friendly. They took the time to explain what was happening and were very thorough and efficient. Highly recommended! Thanks for giving us back our sinks!

I had a very pleasant experience with John the Plumber. The plumber who arrived (and right on time) was actually named Geoff the Plumber. He was very pleasant and professional. He told me exactly what he was going to do and explained the price before I gave him the go ahead. He was neat and tidy and did a nice neat and tidy job. I will definitely call John the Plumber again, if I need plumbing services in the future
