Well if we could give him more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. Our plumber Crispin did an amazing job replacing our kitchen sink and pipes beneath it which now no longer leak. He is very knowledgeable and professional and WE would highly recommend him. Wonderful young man with a great sense of humor. John The Plumber did not disappoint would certainly recommend your company. Thanks again for everything

I engaged John the Plumber to install a new kitchen faucet and repair a stuck toilet shut off valve. Eric completed the work with impressive efficiency and professionalism. He took great care to explain the work needed, provided an accurate quote, and completed the work to my full satisfaction. I also appreciated his effort to restore water service carefully to minimise pipe chatter and air blocks, to fully insure proper performance of the installed elements, and to thoroughly clean all work areas. Good afternoon. My name is Susan Moore and I am would like to provide feedback on the plumbing experience with Garrett, a member of the John the Plumber team. My experience dealing with the dispatcher was very positive. I was pleased to be able to get a service appointment quickly and appreciated being offered a couple of appointment options. The process was well explained in a knowledgeable and friendly manner. I was very appreciative of being notified at least 10-15 minutes in advance of Garret’s arrival. This was very helpful as I have a young, enthusiastic dog that needed to be secured away from the work area. Upon arrival Garret was very presentable and was courteous and friendly. He was willing to answer any questions I had and explained the options and process very well. He was able to solve the plumbing issue in a timely manner and left the job site impeccably clean. I would not hesitate to contact John the Plumber for future problems and based on this experience would be very pleased to highly recommend this company and Garrett in particular to friends and family with plumbing needs. We are happy with the quality of the plumbing work we received when we called this company, knowing it will last and is up to code. There were quite a few frustrations when working with them though. We were hit with a $199 "diagnostic fee" on top of the actual work costs although we didn't have a "problem to diagnose". We had a task we were assigning them - "adjust this drain to the proper height so we can connect the sink". There's nothing clarifying this on their web site. We were unable to get an estimate for the job without paying a $79 fee to have someone show up. This is vastly different than every other trade we worked with on our renovation. There were also too many up-sell attempts for services we never asked for. Despite declining those, the price was still nearly double per hour compared to any other trade we had help with our kitchen. Mats were not used, meaning power tools were scuffing our brand new floor (cabinet installers, hvac, electricians, tile installers all put their tools on mats to avoid damage). We booked the appointment from 8am to 11am time slot. The plumber came in the early afternoon, leaving us wondering all morning if our booking was even in the system. This company could improve by offering clarity on pricing, calling the customer if an appointment time needs to shift, and taking more more caution with their tools on new floors. Edit: not sure how I'm not on record as a plumber did show up. Attached confirmation email.
