Well if we could give him more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. Our plumber Crispin did an amazing job replacing our kitchen sink and pipes beneath it which now no longer leak. He is very knowledgeable and professional and WE would highly recommend him. Wonderful young man with a great sense of humor. I had a great experience with John the Plumber. Cameron was very knowledgeable and thorough. He resolved an issue with my dishwasher drain connection, which was downstream from the P-trap and needed to be upstream to prevent sewer gases from entering the system. He dismantled everything, explained the problem clearly, and then reconnected everything from scratch with impressive efficiency. The service was professional and flexible, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in the future.
John, I have to say that your tech Garrett has got to be a big asset for your company. I used to work for a plumbing company and he is everything our company looked for. We received excellent service from Johnathan! We had an emergency repair for the main water valve and he coordinated everything either the City to turn off/on the water. He was so great to work with! We highly recommend this company!
This was the first time I used John the Plumber and I was very impressed with the service I received. I phoned in the morning, expecting a lengthy delay before anyone showed up. Instead, Zachary arrived in a matter of an hour or so after my call. Not only did he fix my faucet, but also provided the necessary tool to remove a fish hook from my shirt before he tackled the faucet! In addition to properly tightening my faucet, he also provided me with a Moen tool to do the job, in case it ever happened again. The last time I had an electrician come to my house, they charged $200 for a house call. I expected a similar charge from a plumber. Therefore, I was very pleased when Zachary gave me a bill under $100 - and he didn't charge me for removal of the fish hook! I am very pleased with the service I received from John the Plumber and will definitely contact them again if the need arises. I will also definitely recommend their services to any one who is looking for a plumber!
