He clearly explained the possible causes of our high water usage, identified the main issue, and recommended suitable solutions. We were very satisfied with his expertise and service.
As a suggestion, I hope the company will continue to review its pricing for individual repairs to ensure it remains fair and competitive. I believe this would help strengthen customer relationships, maintain trust, and attract new customers while continuing to deliver quality service.

The guys were great. Professional and really nice. They checked with me all along the work that they were doing before they did anything. When they finished, you wouldn’t know they’d been here other than that. The inside of my toilet is all brand new, which is great. I will certainly continue to use your services when needed, and I will definitely refer to anybody. should ask me.

Best plumbing service I've ever received. Conor and Cameron were punctual. They explained their approach well and provided a reasonable quote for the unusual work I required (mystery water hammer). They were very polite and courteous towards my tenant. The work completed as discussed and they ensured to keep their work area clean and organized.

Our plumber was great. Called ahead to let me know he was coming. Arrived on time. Gave an initial assessment, and confirmed he was okay to continue. Then gave a more detailed assessment with pricing and again asked for confirmation before beginning the work. He did exactly what was asked / required and nothing more. His work was clean and done very well, and he cleaned up afterward. Very happy with the result.

Liam arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He worked quickly and even offered to stop by the next day on his way home to finish up after a part we needed arrived. Would definitely recommend JTP and especially Liam.
