It's the 2nd time I deal with John the Plumber and I'm not disappointed!
Ryan, Jordan and Cameron came on time, we're friendly and helpful and provided excellent service. They were transparent in explaining what they needed to do and the peicing was fair. My kitchen sink is now running perfectly and I would not hesitate in reaching out again. Thanks!

Best plumbing service I've ever received. Conor and Cameron were punctual. They explained their approach well and provided a reasonable quote for the unusual work I required (mystery water hammer). They were very polite and courteous towards my tenant. The work completed as discussed and they ensured to keep their work area clean and organized.

Liam arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He worked quickly and even offered to stop by the next day on his way home to finish up after a part we needed arrived. Would definitely recommend JTP and especially Liam.

These people require a payment of ~$75 when the plumber arrives, to make an "evaluation". The plumber then tells you what the job will cost. If you like the quote and say go ahead, this payment is waived. If you do not like it, you lose this "evaluation fee". A win-win for them. This sounded flaky, so I had the plumber from Environmental Plumbing call me first, while I explained the job. Which was to cut out a 12" section of 3/4" copper pipe, outdoors and very accessible, and replace it with a new section. A 20-minute job, maybe, and doable by any apprentice. Well, he told me it would cost $450!! Told him to cancel the appointment. This is a complete scam. Avoid John the Plumber and their contractor, Environmental Plumbing.

Eric installed the exact replacement exterior water tap that I wanted (1/4 turn and freeze-proof) and brought my plumbing to code with a shutoff valve that was missing! Very professional and pleasant experience!
I also commend the company for supporting serving military and veterans with a discount - bravo!
