Alex and Jordan came to hydro jet my kitchen sink line and main stack to unclog grease from a previous owner. They were both professional and explained the process. On top of that they were very clean and respectful of our new home. Alex and Jordan are very nice and I would highly recommend them both. We will be having John the Plumber work on our house going forward. The service has been top notch and payment is easy at the end.

I hired John The Plumber for another job that I needed to have done in my home. This time, the technician, Owen, arrived with a pleasant smile and ready to complete my service. After reviewing my issue, Owen went right to work to make the necessary fix. He had all the right materials and tools to complete the job. Once again, I would definitely hire John the Plumber for any future work that may be required in my home.

Eric was fantastic! He was professional, punctual, and got the job done quickly without cutting corners. He clearly knows his stuff, explained everything clearly, and left the area clean and tidy. Bonus points for his van décor: spotting his Mario hat inside totally got me! Such a cute and fun touch. Highly recommend Eric if you’re looking for reliable and friendly plumbing service!

I give honest and genuine reviews so here goes. The service was great. Easy to arrange. The technician was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. His work was first class. The price was higher than expected. Not trying to sound unappreciated of the quality of work it remains a little too high. Overall however I would still recommend this company!

We took a chance and chose the a plumbing company called "John The Plumber" based on the reviews we read on line. We called and spoke to a very pleasant gentleman yesterday who booked us for an appointment this morning to put in new sink plumbing and tapsinour main bathroom.
A young fellow named Vaughan arrived right on time. He was very friendly, he even took his work boots off as soon as entering our home (this impressed us). He gave us an estimate before he started the job. We were very pleased with it. He then made sure we had what he needed for the job and then went to HD to get the missing parts. On his return he had everything put together in the blink of an eye. He did an amazing job keeping the work space clean and DRY. The job was done better than we expected (based on other plumbers we have worked with). Vaughan is a very knowledgeable young man and a definite asset to "John The Plumber's team". We will definitely be giving out the company's name to our friends and family and recommending they ask for Vaughan.
Very satisfied customers.
