Jeff was very quick to reply to our request online around 9:00 pm concerning our Rinnai water tankless system that stopped working just as I was ready to take my shower. Jeff send his team the next morning and the guys fixed the problem right away. Upon my inquire, the team also accepted to do the maintenance on our natural gas furnace, AC, and Valor fireplace. Sam & Nick even took the time to fix & reset our remote control to allow us to control the flame and keep the pilot on all year. We are so happy and greatful! I recommend this company for their knowledgeable and profesionnal service at a great price.
