We called JC Robinson & Sons for help, and Nic arrived at our door within an hour of our service request. He ended up coming out two days in a row for two different issues and was fantastic both times. On the first day, he looked at our water heater and had the entire issue resolved in just 15 minutes. The next day, he serviced our AC unit. Nic clearly knows his stuff—he used his expertise to quickly diagnose the problem and had it completely fixed in less than two hours. After diagnosing existing mini split ac system, it was determined replacement was the best option. J.C. Robinson offered an excellent Mitsubishi system at a very reasonable price. The unit was replaced within days of ordering. The installers (Devin and Duncan) carefully removed the old improper system and replaced it professionally and according to all codes. From diagnosis to replacement J.C. Robinson was was great to work with. Thanks.
We had a terrific experience with Robinsons from the first site visit to the final clean up. Our water heater was defunct and a tricky installation baffled another company, but not Robinsons. They found a neat solution and we couldn't be happier with the footprint and venting. The installers were super efficient, professional, friendly, and respectful of our property. From beginning to end communication with everyone at Robinsons could not have been better.
In the last 3 days I have dealt with Management (Brian), Sales (Richard), and Service (Jordan , Chad). Each person was professional, knowledgeable, skilled and helpful. It was meant to be a simple yearly service visit for my furnace. When I asked about the older humidifier attached to my furnace Jordan confirmed that this was not a healthy choice. I asked for an alternative, Jordan told me of a better option that is now available. I immediately contacted Brian who sent Richard to sign a contract for the new humidifier. Two days later Chad came to instal it. He was very helpful in answering all my questions. We have dealt with J.C. Robinson & Sons for a very long time. I am grateful for their service and their friendly Staff and have complete trust in them.
After having had a bad experience with another company, my neighbour highly recommended J.C. Robinson and Sons. Since I had heard highly of this company earlier, I decided to give them a "test" appointment for a small problem I was having. They passed with flying colours - courtesy, knowledge, speed, success for the problem! I then made a purchase of an air conditioner and a hot water tank. They were installed seamlessly, tidily, and with many explanations about the maintenance I would require in the future. Again, the service was provided quickly, expertly, and by meeting my expectations and needs. I will continue to use this company in the future.
