We called JC Robinson & Sons for help, and Nic arrived at our door within an hour of our service request. He ended up coming out two days in a row for two different issues and was fantastic both times. On the first day, he looked at our water heater and had the entire issue resolved in just 15 minutes. The next day, he serviced our AC unit. Nic clearly knows his stuff—he used his expertise to quickly diagnose the problem and had it completely fixed in less than two hours. Had a great experience with J.C. Robinson from the first service call to the installation of a new Daikin Furnace. The service techs Kiril and Mike were knowledgeable and honest about the state of my 15 year old furnace. Jason from the sales team contacted me on the same day of the service call and checked the site to make sure everything would be done right the first time. The new furnace was installed the next business day. A truly seamless process!
In the last 3 days I have dealt with Management (Brian), Sales (Richard), and Service (Jordan , Chad). Each person was professional, knowledgeable, skilled and helpful. It was meant to be a simple yearly service visit for my furnace. When I asked about the older humidifier attached to my furnace Jordan confirmed that this was not a healthy choice. I asked for an alternative, Jordan told me of a better option that is now available. I immediately contacted Brian who sent Richard to sign a contract for the new humidifier. Two days later Chad came to instal it. He was very helpful in answering all my questions. We have dealt with J.C. Robinson & Sons for a very long time. I am grateful for their service and their friendly Staff and have complete trust in them.
After having had a bad experience with another company, my neighbour highly recommended J.C. Robinson and Sons. Since I had heard highly of this company earlier, I decided to give them a "test" appointment for a small problem I was having. They passed with flying colours - courtesy, knowledge, speed, success for the problem! I then made a purchase of an air conditioner and a hot water tank. They were installed seamlessly, tidily, and with many explanations about the maintenance I would require in the future. Again, the service was provided quickly, expertly, and by meeting my expectations and needs. I will continue to use this company in the future.
JC Robinson has always gone above and beyond. They installed our furnance and A/C several years and do annual maintenance. We have been very satisfied including with the service technician skills.
