J.C. Robinson installed our Daikin central air conditioning unit five years ago. It's never had a problem and sufficiently cools our 1870 house. Their price was quite fair and the installation into our furnace's forced air system was seamless and relatively simple. Last winter, we had Robinson's install an Aprilaire whole-house humidifying unit into the furnace duct-work to increase the moisture level during the heating season. This has worked amazingly, increasing our home humidity from about 22% to 45%-50%. The house is much more comfortable and has reduced dry itchy skin issues. Also much better for home interior - the furniture, wood trim, musical instruments, even the paint! Highest recommendations for J.C. Robinson's - excellent pricing (true to their quote!), great service, and top-notch products.
Very happy with recent experience installing new furnace. Staff friendly and experienced and extremely polite. Had a few concerns which I felt comfortable voice, and they were handled in a prompt, professional and courteous manner to my satisfaction. I appreciate the help and support and am extremely happy to have used this J.C Robinson, (based on previous home owners recommendation) to install my new Daikin system. They are good people. (Just want to add that I verified the prices quoted on equipment with a friend who is in the same industry and JC Robinson was below friends dealer cost most likely due to dealer discounts, so appreciate the fair pricing you can trust that they are giving you a fare price at least in my experience)

Very experienced and outstanding company, friendly staff and the owner is very friendly and helpful in every way, they fixed our furnace during holiday (on the same day service) they went out of their way to find a part that we needed to when we had NO heat. Defunct water heater. Great response to the situation salesperson was prompt with a solution and price for new heater and installation. Installers show up at scheduled time and professionally completed the installation within 2 hours. Site was left clean with the old tank and related debris taken away. Would highly recommend J.C. Robinson
