We recently had a furnace installed by JC Robertson and sons. Richard was their representative. After our initial phone call, we were quickly set up with an appointment and Richard thoroughly explained our options. Our new furnace was installed just 4 days later. The technician arrived a short time after receiving a call from J.C. Robinson Service Manager re: replacing our thermostat. He was very courteous and efficient. New thermostat was installed promptly. He checked to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. We are very pleased with the work done.
After having had a bad experience with another company, my neighbour highly recommended J.C. Robinson and Sons. Since I had heard highly of this company earlier, I decided to give them a "test" appointment for a small problem I was having. They passed with flying colours - courtesy, knowledge, speed, success for the problem! I then made a purchase of an air conditioner and a hot water tank. They were installed seamlessly, tidily, and with many explanations about the maintenance I would require in the future.
