I absolutely love my nails! The shape, length, and design turned out exactly how I wanted, and the attention to detail was amazing. The service was friendly and professional, and I felt comfortable the entire time. I’ve received so many compliments already. The only downfall was that Vivian was double-booked, so there was about a one-hour delay during my appointment. However, they were very understanding about the inconvenience and gave me a discount, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience, and I would 100% come back again and recommend this place to others!
I had such a bad experience. Do yourself a favour and don't go there. The owner did my nails, and it was obvious they weren't done properly, but she still let me leave without fixing them. I had shellac done on Monday, and by Thursday the colour had already come off. I went back on Saturday because, like many people, I work during the week. Instead of offering a solution, I was told I should have called earlier in the week to have them fixed. They refused to give me a refund or even offer to do my toes instead as a gesture of goodwill. Very disappointing customer service. If a business doesn't stand behind its own work, it's hard to recommend it. Please don't waste your money.
I had such an amazing experience at In Style Nails on Carling Ave in Ottawa! Jenny did my French chrome nails and absolutely nailed it — her attention to detail, precision, and care really show in her work. I’m beyond happy with how they turned out! Vivian and the owner, Michelle, were also incredible. They were so patient and genuinely helpful while I was deciding on what to get, offering thoughtful suggestions that suited my style perfectly. The whole team made me feel welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. If you’re looking for beautiful nails and top-notch service, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I’ve been going to Vivian to get bio gel on my nails for over a year now, and every month I’ve consistently had an amazing experience. Every time, my nails come out exactly how I wanted them to, they always last till my next appointment, and she really pays attention to detail. The salon is always very clean and well-maintained, and the staff are also welcoming, professional, and kind. I highly recommend Instyle Nails & Spa, especially Vivian, to anyone looking to get their nails done!
Just arrived home 10 minutes ago from my appointment and I am very disappointed with how my nails turned out. I asked for a classic acrylic french tip very simple design. Online it said $60 for acrylic and my total came to $79 and I paid in cash. She was very rough on my nails and I have 3 cuts. She should have done an extra top coat as my nails are see through. One positive is that all the staff are very kind and welcoming and the salon is beautiful.
