Just arrived home 10 minutes ago from my appointment and I am very disappointed with how my nails turned out.
I asked for a classic acrylic french tip very simple design. Online it said $60 for acrylic and my total came to $79 and I paid in cash. She was very rough on my nails and I have 3 cuts. She should have done an extra top coat as my nails are see through.
One positive is that all the staff are very kind and welcoming and the salon is beautiful.

I have been coming here for 3 years now and I love this place and the owner is an absolute sweetheart! HOWEVER I believe you can’t fix what you don’t know. I have had terrible experiences with one girl in particular. She’s young and she usually works sundays. She has done my mani/pedis in the past and it’s just awful. She rushes through each service and her application of shellac is terrible. It comes out wet and tacky even after the UV light. She doesn’t even massage and when I asked her to fix it, she rolled her eyes. I timed her for my manicure and she was done in 11 minutes. That’s ridiculous. I witnessed a lady walk out of her service with her midway through.(last week) She did my manicure last time and again she finished within 10 minutes and my shellac was peeling the next morning. I was going to have my wedding party here but I won’t anymore. I’ve had friends and family have this same girl and they all had terrible experiences.
Michelle thank you so much my darling for replying. I just love coming here and I will STILL come there but I need you to please have a talk with that girl please. She cannot keep rushing through appointments and not give massage. That’s the part we all look forward to!!! She also doesn’t put enough coats of the shellac. Polish is still see-through! I hope you know which staff member it is! Your other staff is fabulous

It’s been a year I am going to this place and have always been satisfied by the service. The ladies are extremely professional and skillful. I usually always go for powder dip nails but today I tried nail design as well. I am so happy I did. Vivian did an amazing job with my nails. I especially want to appreciate her for her dedication and patience. As we were running late so I couldn’t thank her enough. I just want to say a big thank you 😊 my nails look so beautiful 🥰

Fact: Show me Jenalee Certified as a Nail Technician as I am well aware she can't pass the license or you gladly prove me wrong.
Fact: 3.9 Star Rating Where are the great reviews ?? It seems I am not the only one giving you a 1 star.
Fact: Your free removal damaged my nails over did it with the drill took too much nail off now weak brittle nails thanks to your free removal.
Fact: you only have Vivian as a true license Nail Technician and yourself or prove me wrong post all your current license tech.
Fact: Your free toe nail removal was you who left my toes a mess dead nail all over my feet when I booked with you a pedicure.
Shameful how you treat a customer who stood by you after covid when you lost alot of customers.
Fact: You have no nail artists. no one knows how to design anything not even simple. Except V
Fact: I found a better Nail Spa with lots of great Artist better bang for my buck.
You Michelle burned my money with a powder dip manicure for 110.00 plus 20.00 tip as it was Christmas I felt sorry for your family Jenalee.

I been going to this place the last few years. All was good until my girl left to have a baby.
The owner Michelle gave me an appointment with a Tech who did not know bow to be a Nail Tech.
Made a big mess with powder dip on my hands. Then a big mess on my nails.
Couldn't do a simple straight line of stones.
Then did not do a manicure as she new nothing.
I endured slow process painful process.
Eyebrow tint a mess thankful I could wash off when I got home.
Then I have it removed paid 20.00 for removing their mess !!!!
Paid 110.00 which I want a refund plus 20.00 to remove.
Your Tech damaged my nails badly. I had them Professional looked at as to why the bare nails felt rough and kept breaking no polish.
I was informed who ever removed my polish over used the rotator wrecking my nails.
Omg refund me. I been quiet now I am pissed wreck my nails will take til summer to grow out they informed me.
I am OCD how Michelle after all the years was well aware. To place me or anyone with
someone completely in competent is not Professional Michelle in my eyes.
I do not recommend anyone go here. As the owner was well aware the girl she put me with was incompetent had many complaints before me.
Yet you still put people like me a good customer with her.
I will be in for my refund. Damaged nails I paid to have your shop do.
Since your not honest refuse a refund I will be contacting the Government advising of your cousin Jenalee needs her nail license and everyone else nail lic checked.
As you can't advertise License Nail Tech to your Customers when they are not properly license all of them.
You might be and Vivian not sure if the rest plus Jenalee can't possible be licensed yet you charge customer believing they have a license Nail Tech.
I think your establishment needs the government Consumer Protection to step in verify your legit.
I been going to a better new place who has great artists.
Vivian you know who I am talking about there on Merivale Rd you would learn alot from their artist.

I had a disappointing experience at this spa. While the trainee helping me was kind, the senior staff were dismissive—ignoring my request and speaking among themselves in another language. I asked for the same service I previously had, but they insisted on something else, and my polish started coming off within 12 hours, and feet weren't well done. When I requested help, I was told they were too busy to even look although they weren't taking care of other clients. It was clear that customer service wasn’t a priority.
A friend who recommended this place mentioned similar issues when the owner isn’t around. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed this. I wouldn’t recommend it.
