I changed my winters here before. 0 complaints with that experience. Went very smooth. What drove me to write this review was when I came to them with two broken rims and flat tires that would have costed me over $4,000 to replace he gave me honest advice that helped me solve my issue with less than 1/4th of the cost without earning anything from me. This kind of honesty very rare to find. Will definitely be changing my tires here moving forward and won’t be looking elsewhere!
After having an accident in November and no timeline from my insurance's preferred body shop, I contacted Sean and team to do the work instead. What a difference. They were able to start work on my car within two weeks of first contact, and were communicative throughout the repair. Just got my car back and am blown away by the level of service these guys give.
They are the BEST! I can’t even recognize my car! Job is very clean and professional! Sean, the owner, does what he says and even go beyond your expectations! He repaired my car to perfection ! You cannot tell it was damaged and the paint matches perfectly! I give them 11 out of 10! He also helped me a lot by giving me legal advice concerning my insurance claim, without asking anything for it ! Plus, he accommodated my situation and got the car ready asap! You won’t be disappointed by the fair prices, friendly staff, and quality work! We couldn’t be happier! Sean was incredible - even giving daily updates and pictures of what they were working on. The quote was cheaper than the rest we had &, despite the fact that more work was added to the order, they still managed to get everything done in the time quoted originally. A small business with genuinely good people who are skilled at their work! We’ll definitely be returning!!!
An amazing experience! I had my bumpers replaced 2 years ago by them and at that time I had called around the city to get quotes and Impact Auto Body Ottawa by far had the best price so when I needed my roof and hood redone I didn’t even bother to call anywhere else. They really went above and beyond, they buffed the exterior for a seamless finish and detailed the interior AND replaced the rusting screws on my license plate. My car looks brand new! I was kept up to date with their progress via phone calls and texts and photos of the work being done. If you’re looking for excellent work with attention to detail AND for a great price look no further! Thank you again so much Sean and team, I really appreciate it!
