This is an update to recent additional work we had done with Darren and his team. All I can say is that their workmanship, business ethics are second to none. As part of an insurance claim, we needed to have "additional proof" of a subsequent leaky toilet problem caused by a service contractor which was hired by the insurance company. We asked Darren if we could create a video with him explaining the problem. Of course he did an excellent job describing the problem and then, fixing the problem. He is always so helpful and willing to go above and beyond to service his customers. Thank you again. YES, I am very pleased with the two service experiences we had with Darren and team. Each time they did a great job, with no mess left behind. The jobs were priced reasonably - in fact one was less work than expected and to my pleasant surprise they adjusted / lowered the price. Now you did see that very often!! Each job also required cutting through some drywall but the end result was the installation of a nice door trap which saved me from having to redo a small section of drywall. I will continue to use their services going forward as I have a lot of trust and confidence in their work ethic and business practices.
Darren and Kyle recently helped us out with some plumbing work. They were fantastic from start to finish. Really know what they are doing on the technical side and super pleasant and easy to talk to. Didn’t try to up-sell us on anything, were punctual, neat, tidy, very respectful of our home. I would highly recommend them and will happily have them back in for the next job.
We had contacted a few of nearby plumbing companies, and they weren't able to attend our emergency service for a burst pipe in our subasement. I called Honest Plumbing and they came right away. They fixed the problem right there and then. While he was here, he noticed and advised us about things that would need our attention. Made recommendations, sent a quote and we accepted it. Wow, you wouldn't believe the wonderfull work they did! They cleaned up everything. He then sent us the before and after pictures. From now on, they will be the first company that we call for plumbing services. Thank you for your dedication and being processional.
Darren and his team have done two jobs for us - both high quality jobs, efficient, friendly, and well priced. Will definitely call them for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
