This is the most beautiful dispensary I've ever been too. Also, I was 100% happy with the product and the support I got while choosing what to get. It's definitely worth a visit. Even just for the atmosphere. :)

Been here a few times, every time i purchase, a staff member always checks in to see if I need help. If i don't understand any of the product, they will answer all and every question. I had an issue with another stores Vape cartridge (they would not take it in for refund even though it had no atomizer). The staff member explained that some devices come broke, which isn't a problem as long as they retain the receipt, they will do an exchange. Which is great customer service. 5 stars. (I have never received a bad product here though, only from the store up the road )

Originally meant to visit another dispensary in the area but was extremely disappointed with their staff and overall organization, so I popped over to Hemisphere and was served quickly and efficiently, even got a better product than I was originally going to purchase from the other dispensary for the same price. The employee who served me understood my frustrations and took the time to look through the menu with me and look for something based on what I was previously asking for. My visit downtown started in frustration but thanks to the care from Hemisphere, I left in a much better mood and am thoroughly happy with my purchase!
Very clean store, rustic and authentic atmosphere and I love the self-serve menus, the store has a very wholesome and relaxed environment that many dispensaries lack, despite also being right on the corner of Dalhousie and Rideau, going inside I forgot I was even downtown.

Customer service isn’t nice and they sell old product. Would not recommend as there are other places friendlier and who will stand by products sold.
I purchased some edibles to try and when opened they were old and seemed damaged. Asked if I could return it and was told by one employee that I could do second trip I brought it in to get a refund and the employee laughed in my face and said they wouldn’t do returns even if product sold is garbage.
There are many cannabis stores that would stand behind the products sold and I would recommend shopping at any other. Staff are friendly at a lot of other places and not rude

I have purchased here more than once because my first experience was above and beyond. I was misinformed about a product I purchased online and needed to return for a refund. The manager was super helpful and the refund was issued with no problems (it did take a few business days to process though). I usually order 510 vape cartridges from them because they have great pricing and knowledgeable staff! Last time I picked up my order curbside I got a free battery for my vape 😄 awesome! 😎
