I am terribly dissatisfied with our transition from bluarc to goco, we previously had no outages, but have recently been plagued with them. The response so far is that they will move the problem up the chain. We are losing business as we do not have a reliably working phone system.
Update. Three months later and the same issues persist, avoid this company for your telecommunications. Terrible customer service.
We moved to bluArc in the summer of 2018. They proved to be cheaper than our previous self-hosted system.
Our previous provider decided to cancel our service early without telling us. I attempted to contact their support but was sent in circles. What a mess! I called bluArc and they stepped up like champs. Had us operational in a couple hours.
In September tornadoes caused havoc in the Ottawa area, and our office was without power for a few days. Our phone system through bluArc remained operational.
I'm very happy with our move!

We have been with Bluarc for over 15 yrs and they were the Best VOIP phone company until they got bought out by GoCo. Now their Customer Service and Tech support are terrible as you can never get service right away. I have tried emailing them and calling their support # but have to wait days to get anything fixed or for anyone to call me back.
Frustrated and looking for another supplier..

I have used bluArc for years—literally transformed my business. With the ability to work from anywhere, and now with their mobile app, the functionality is even more fantastic.
As for manageability, I can add extensions, change settings within the system, set up call groups, and more all from my laptop, iPad or phone.
Honestly, the hosted scenario is the way to go... not sure why anyone would want to be their own phone company in this day and age having to manage a VoIP box in a closet. I'd rather spend my money wisely and have someone manage upgrades and support for me.
In all... Highly recommend bluArc to anyone serious about business.

We have had nothing but great service and performance since CWWA switched to BluArc for our phones. While we have an office, we all work remotely a lot. BluArc has been a reliable system to forward all calls and to get messages to my email account - accessible anywhere. i would gladly recommend them to any other association.
