Conveniently, Fix Auto was right next door so my service advisor from Infiniti handed over the keys to them and everything was taken care of smoothly from start to (almost end).

My vehicle went in for service after an accident and came out more damaged than it was before going in. Avoid this nightmare of a so called business at all costs. I don't know who they have working for them back there but look at how they treated my $60,000 vehicle and you be the judge. Went to CSN Orleans and will never look back

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Fix Auto Ottawa! The staff there truly went above and beyond to give me a great service. I was travelling abroad for 2 weeks during the Christmas holiday and they offered (not agreed, offered) to keep my car for me while I was gone and run it every few days to make sure the battery didn't die. Everyone I interacted with there was professional, friendly and kind. They explained my repairs and the process well and I was thrilled with the repair job they did. Plus, I now have a lifetime warranty on the paint job. Expect to get 5 star service if you come here!

You helped with all my arrangements and took care of everything so no extra stress was needed at my end.

My car was damaged and I went to fix auto for an assessment. I had a good gut feeling after meeting with their team so I opted to have my repair done with them. I can't say enough good things! I mostly dealt with Chris who was on top of everything and it was a very seamless experience for me. He was easily available if I had any questions. Everyone else I interacted with at the shop were also great. I would highly recommend their services and plan to go to them in the future
