I dropped off my vehicle and was told they would need it for a “couple of days”. A couple of days turned into a week. I had to call multiple times to get an update to the progress of the vehicle. Very disappointed in the way I was handled as a customer. When I picked it up (a week later)it was dirty and I had to go and find the vehicle in the lot. These are the things that deter customers from returning. Although the work they did was to satisfaction, I will not be recommending this place.

Had a fender bender on the highway. This is my second time using Fix auto. They are quick, efficient and friendly. Both times my car came back looking like a million bucks. I recommend them highly. Thanks Fix Auto.

Avoid at all costs. I would give 0 stars if I could. After four weeks (quoted nine days) of repairing my vehicle, and only being given 45 minutes to pick up my vehicle at the end of the day on a Friday to avoid incurring rental costs, some items from the original collision remain unfixed. On top of this, damage was caused to my vehicle during the repair. The passenger taillight appeared to have been dropped when removed, and an attempt was made to glue it back together. Fender flares were dented and scratched, rear bumper has multiple new scratches, despite being repaired, and my key fob looks like it was dragged across the shop floor for days. No disclosure of the damage was made, and no apologies were given after the discovery of the issues. Head office was contacted twice and we never received a response. Unbelievably pathetic experience from start to finish. Unfortunately we have to continue to work with this shop/company to have them fix the damage that should never have occurred in the first place. Still have yet to receive an update on the damage (caused by shop during the original repairs) this has been since the first weekend of June. If you love your car and appreciate transparency and/or your time, do not even consider this shop.

Save yourself the stress and avoid this place! The estimated time to repair my vehicle was 3 days we are now on day 14 and I just picked up my vehicle. This was a simple bumper repair on an f150. The only reason I chose this place is because it was listed as a preferred body shop through Intact Insurance. On day 5 of this repair I asked for an update, the girl at the front counter said
“I don’t know “, not even an offer to look into it. Day 6 I called in for an update and was told someone would call me back, never happened. When you call the phone number listed following these negative complaints you receive an automated message that they will get back to you within 48 hours. They did call me back after 47 hours and left a voice mail suggesting I call the location where my truck was being serviced. I am satisfied with the work they preformed. Not at all satisfied with the customer service!

Horrible experience, avoid this place at all costs!! Incompetence at all levels, employees and manager lie consistently and lie more to cover up their lies. They originally billed over 10k to repair my vehicle, only to do a horrible job, I wend back to ask them to rectify the situation, they dragged the issue for over 3 months saying they're doing the paperwork and due diligence. Once I got a hold of the manager, turns out absolutely nothing was being done about the situation and they were just hoping I would give up. I took my car to the shop where Fix Auto had sent my car for the repairs as they were too busy to work on it themselves and they immediately took care of everything within 10 minutes and apologized for the inconvenience. I don't know how such a business can be allowed to continue operating under such incompetent management.
