***Update on the post below***
I’ve seen the owner’s reply and feel the need to clarify a few things, because the response sounds polished but misses the point entirely.
Yes, I pointed out the paint chip during pickup. That chip wasn’t minor in the context of everything else that went wrong. Slapping a bit of paint on and calling it “corrected under warranty” is not an acceptable fix. The proper solution is to replace the bumper, not re-paint a flawed part and send the customer on their way.
What’s more frustrating is how long it took to even get this far. I followed up multiple times over four months just to get a response. Four months of silence, zero accountability, and only when I escalated did someone bother to acknowledge the issue. That’s not customer service — that’s hoping the customer gives up.
Communication throughout this entire process was unprofessional at best. From delays to vague answers to being left in the dark entirely, it’s clear that resolving issues only becomes a priority when a bad review goes public.
It shouldn’t take this level of effort just to be treated fairly. And now they want to re-paint the same damaged piece like it's some generous gesture. No thanks. I’ve lost trust in the workmanship and the process, do not attempt to call me as I won’t be returning.

Poor quality, worse communication
I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this place merits it. I brought my car in for a bumper replacement, and when I came to pick it up in February, no one even came outside to walk me through the repair. They just handed me the keys and said it was done. I had to go out and inspect it myself and immediately saw a visible nick in the brand new bumper.
I went back inside, and I believe it was the shop manager who came out to take a look. He acknowledged the damage and told me I’d need to return another time to have it addressed. That was four months ago. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times and did not receive an answer. Eventually got an answer that they could paint the spot where they damaged it. Since this had already been months overdue I demanded that they not just repair the bumper but that I wanted a new one installed since that's what I payed for. They damaged the bumper. Do the right thing, take some accountability and satisfy your client. They claimed the ball was in my court, despite never clearly communicating a proper resolution or next steps.
Eventually, I sent an email saying I wanted to take my business elsewhere and suggested a fair compensation amount. Brian the manager responded with $200 which is absolutely ridiculous and nowhere close to what it would cost to repair the issue properly.
This was a job quoted at over $3,000, and the level of service was completely unacceptable. Poor work, poor communication, and zero accountability.
There are plenty of bad reviews for this place already, and I should’ve taken them more seriously. I won’t be back and I recommend others steer clear of this place.

Excellent service experience with Fix-auto Orleans. Karen was amazing at the front desk, very helpful and informative to facilitate the process. Vanja was quick and thorough to provide an estimate and immediately took care of a slight paint overspray on the tire, which I really appreciate. Door repair looks like brand new... great work guys!

This is by far the worst run body shop I have ever delt with. They gave an inadequate quote to my insurer which lead to weeks of extra delays and when the vehicle was returned to me not only did they fail to provide me the service that was paid for and also they also scratched my car. I ended up having to take the vehicle to a new body shop. I would never, ever take my vehicle back to these clowns!

Minor incident - front ended "bumper to bumper" with superficial damage barely noticeable. Collision estimate was booked for one hour including removal of bumper to investigate damages fully. Estimator and mechanic only took 20 mins and did not remove the bumper stating that damages not as bad as originally thought. BUT estimation came back as a total loss!!!! $10,000 in repairs and stating concern for additional unknown damages (cause they did not remove the bumper for peace of mind). They refused to explain details for such a high estimate. After 2 weeks of back and forth with insurance, I did obtain a 2nd estimate with Assured and insisted on having the bumper removed. They did a thorough estimation and bottom line, I kept my car and got it beautifully fixed for far less then original estimation by Autofix.

Avoid at all costs. I would give 0 stars if I could. After four weeks (quoted nine days) of repairing my vehicle, and only being given 45 minutes to pick up my vehicle at the end of the day on a Friday to avoid incurring rental costs, some items from the original collision remain unfixed. On top of this, damage was caused to my vehicle during the repair. The passenger taillight appeared to have been dropped when removed, and an attempt was made to glue it back together. Fender flares were dented and scratched, rear bumper has multiple new scratches, despite being repaired, and my key fob looks like it was dragged across the shop floor for days. No disclosure of the damage was made, and no apologies were given after the discovery of the issues. Head office was contacted twice and we never received a response. Unbelievably pathetic experience from start to finish. Unfortunately we have to continue to work with this shop/company to have them fix the damage that should never have occurred in the first place. Still have yet to receive an update on the damage (caused by shop during the original repairs) this has been since the first weekend of June. If you love your car and appreciate transparency and/or your time, do not even consider this shop.
