Very happy with working with Fix Auto! Someone had backed into my parked car and it needed a new grill and dent out of the hood. The communication was top notch! They said 3 days, well it was over Canada Day, didn’t expect it back with the holiday, sure enough, they kept their promise and it looks amazing! Highly recommended!

My mother recently went to Fix Auto Nepean for a no-fault insurance repair claim, and the experience left a very bad impression. She was told that while the “dent” itself would be covered, any paint work related to the repair would cost extra out of pocket. To someone unfamiliar with auto repairs or insurance claims, that sounds incredibly misleading.
What bothered me most was how comfortable they seemed trying to upsell or pressure an elderly woman who trusted them to explain the process honestly. Instead of helping her understand her options clearly, the interaction felt opportunistic and predatory.
I would strongly encourage others — especially seniors or anyone unfamiliar with insurance repair claims — to get a second opinion and ask detailed questions before agreeing to anything here.

Gentlemen at the front desk very pleasant.
The girl who does the estimate was confrontational and made me feel very uncomfortable.
My suggestion to this company is to send her to a course that teaches her customer respect, relations and patience.
Took my business next door and had an excellent interaction, was spoken to politely, respectfully and was even offered beverages.
What a difference.

I had an amazing experience with Fix Auto. Sunny, the manager, was incredibly thorough and communicative throughout the entire process. He made sure I was involved every step of the way and kept me informed of any changes or concerns as they came up. As someone who isn’t very well-versed with cars, I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything clearly so I fully understood what was happening. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the results. Highly recommend Fix Auto!

Broth my mom’s car for repair here after the accident literally on Dec 24th. I had it back Jan 6th. Sunny was so kinda and pleasant to work with, answered all my questions, followed up on details, repairs look great and took great care of the car inside and out. Gently everyone that I had talked with or interacted there was lovely. Would definitely come back:)
