The service and workmanship on our car were beyond excellent. The entire process, from the insurance claim to dropping off the car, was fast, smooth, and completely stress-free. The courtesy car was great and meant our routine wasn’t disrupted at all. I was also genuinely impressed by how clean the car was when we picked it up. The best service! I hit a deer while vacationing from the States. I was in need of an emergency temporary repair in order to safely drive my family home. This team got my vehicle in immediately, and on a Friday!, and successfully fixed and secured the loose parts so that I could safely transit home. I am so grateful!
Great Auto Body shop! I have used them twice now and have always been 100% satisfied. They perform amazing work at a very reasonable price and are a pleasure to deal with. They also offer courtesy cars while the work is done.
I had forgotten to write a review (my bad). My wife had an accident that damaged the bumper on our old Chevy Cruze. This place was recommended by the insurance, and happened to be within walking distance. They took great care of us, and the repair matched the color perfectly. The only delay was getting the new body part, but that's to be expected for an older car. I'm wondering about the bad reviews, my guess is that some people expect miracles or jobs that exceed what their insurance is prepared to pay. Maybe they think an entire body paint job should be done when only a bumper is damaged.
