I had forgotten to write a review (my bad). My wife had an accident that damaged the bumper on our old Chevy Cruze. This place was recommended by the insurance, and happened to be within walking distance. They took great care of us, and the repair matched the color perfectly. The only delay was getting the new body part, but that's to be expected for an older car. I'm wondering about the bad reviews, my guess is that some people expect miracles or jobs that exceed what their insurance is prepared to pay. Maybe they think an entire body paint job should be done when only a bumper is damaged.

Great Auto Body shop! I have used them twice now and have always been 100% satisfied. They perform amazing work at a very reasonable price and are a pleasure to deal with. They also offer courtesy cars while the work is done.

Super friendly, helpful courteous staff! 70% of my yellow Jeep Wrangler was repainted, and yellow is a tricky colour(as is red) especially when matching existing body parts! -but I could not see a difference in opacity, nor intensity with the original paint. A flawless job. No over spray, nor "fish eyes" to be found! I run a furniture shop so I know what to look for and these guys are pros! Plus they were finished on the day they had promised. I highly recommend! My one small complaint is that they should have loners for big jobs like this. Otherwise fantastic!!!

My car was in the good hands of FIX AUTO as a result of an unfortunate collision with a deer. During this time there were challenges with the GM supply chain - no fault of FIX AUTO!
I have to say that James Labonte and his colleagues Shane Sabourin and Pierre Cousineau (Maloney Blvd Gatineau) were very supportive, gracious and even funny - always keeping me up-to-date and in good humour. I have been in sales for over 35 years and I appreciate the exceptional service and genuine enthusiasm afforded me. No doubt this is the difference between FIX AUTO and its competitors. I will recommend whole heartedly. Cheers!
