I had forgotten to write a review (my bad). My wife had an accident that damaged the bumper on our old Chevy Cruze. This place was recommended by the insurance, and happened to be within walking distance. They took great care of us, and the repair matched the color perfectly. The only delay was getting the new body part, but that's to be expected for an older car. I'm wondering about the bad reviews, my guess is that some people expect miracles or jobs that exceed what their insurance is prepared to pay. Maybe they think an entire body paint job should be done when only a bumper is damaged.

Great Auto Body shop! I have used them twice now and have always been 100% satisfied. They perform amazing work at a very reasonable price and are a pleasure to deal with. They also offer courtesy cars while the work is done.

Super friendly, helpful courteous staff! 70% of my yellow Jeep Wrangler was repainted, and yellow is a tricky colour(as is red) especially when matching existing body parts! -but I could not see a difference in opacity, nor intensity with the original paint. A flawless job. No over spray, nor "fish eyes" to be found! I run a furniture shop so I know what to look for and these guys are pros! Plus they were finished on the day they had promised. I highly recommend! My one small complaint is that they should have loners for big jobs like this. Otherwise fantastic!!!

Update, they messed up the windshield replacement in a major way. Won't go into details but clear lack of service. Hard "do not" recommend. Apparently, Acura recommends this shop because it's the same owner as the Acura dealer.. The poor rating is well-earned. Bunch of knuckleheads...
They made the repairs, noted items that hadn't been noted by the insurance company, and took care of this as well. Used a strong smelling car sent, but cleaned it out when requested. Overall, they met my expectations.

Not only are these guys so friendly and helpful, but the repair was done quickly and it looks fantastic! They even washed my car and cleaned the inside. Above and beyond, an easy 5 stars.
