I took my car to European auto body a couple months ago when someone backed up into my car and wrecked my rear bumper and light. After shopping around at a few repair shops, I chose European auto body as they were recommended to by my mechanic, who I trust and also they gave me the most reasonable quote. The work was done well. Just yesterday I noticed my bumped was out of place, I called them thinking maybe it was coming lose or it wasn’t installed properly. And surprise surprise someone else had hit my bumper, just enough that it dislodged my bumper and I brought it back and they fixed it for me at no charge even though they very well could have charged me. I really appreciate the work they did and even helping me when they didn’t have too. I can’t recommend them enough! They’re great and you won’t be disappointed.
Dropped car off to fix some rust which is a common rust spot for my vehicle model it seems. It was fixed to OEM quality to the point where you could not tell there was rust in the past!
I love working with Sung and his team and always call them when needed. I was backed into by someone who dented my driver’s side door - Sung was great with meeting me and giving an estimate (he was also so kind and caring since this accident happened when I was 8 months pregnant). I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they fixed my car, and the insurance and rental car process was great. Thank you Sung !
I bumped my Ford Fusion into a snow bank and it cracked my bumper cover which left it hanging down a bit in front. European Auto Care put it back into place and it looks like it never even happened and for an amazingly reasonable price. I am very pleased with the work and will be going back because I have a couple of other spots I would like them to look at. Great service and great work at a great price. I highly recommend European Auto Care.
TL;DR - If you have the option to choose your own body shop, I highly recommend Sung Lim and his team at European Auto Care. When my car was hit in the summer of 2022, I was left with little to no options for body repair and estimates because of countless claims being processed by the major body shops due to the summer storm. The earliest availability I had found was 3-4 weeks out. I saw the reviews for this store and took my car there. Sung gave me an estimate the same afternoon and walked me through everything that would be done. It sounded very thorough and more than what I would have expected so I went through with the repairs there. The photos should speak for themselves but Sung and his team did a phenomenal job of doing the repair, blending the paint and went above and beyond to make the car look better than ever. Despite not needing it, he did a full alignment, wheel repair, full bumper repair and paint and a full door paint even though only the fender and a section of the bumper needed repairs. I'm very impressed and pleased with the prompt and high quality repair there and will definitely return.
