I called them for when my AC was not working and that week was the hottest week in Ottawa. The next day someone was at the house checked the AC unit and fixed the issue. It was job well done. Quick service, expert in their domain and verry affordable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Equal Air Heating Cooling Air Conditioning responded immediately to our emergency call for a furnace repair. They checked that our part was under warranty and ordered the part to ensure a next day repair so that our furnace could be up and running again. The owner kept us up-to-date and answered our questions. The technicians were professional and informative. We have engaged Equal Air three times for different HVAC jobs and they have always been responsive, efficient, and professional. We highly recommend Equal Air for your HVAC needs.
Top notch service, I have started using them for my properties for service calls and I am very pleased with how they operate.
Kyle and team were great to deal with and were onsite for repairs in very short order. Highly recommended
My older AC unit broke down and had to be replaced during a recent heat wave. I contacted several companies to come by and provide quotes. Equal Air not only had the best rate but was also the most friendly, prompt and professional. Khalid squeezed me in after hours and scheduled the installation for the next morning. The installers arrived on time and the quality of their work is unsurpassed. You just don’t get this kind of customer service, attention to detail and genuine honesty anymore. They even recommended that I size down from the unit that I had previously. I highly recommend them and will use their services without hesitation in the future. Thank you for making this such a stress free and positive experience.
