I came to this firm after meeting Mark at VIFF, where he clearly told me creating a corporate profile would be $500 + tax ($525 total). That was the basis of my decision to proceed. From there, the experience went downhill. I kept being surprised with extra fees and vague explanations after the fact. The first draft of my opening resolution was generic, not tailored to my business needs. Every time I asked for adjustments to protect my role as owner, I was met with resistance, unnecessary complexity, or “that’s not how it’s usually done.” Even a $35 software fee was added without disclosure, and only waived when I pushed back. What should have been a simple, transparent process turned into weeks of back-and-forth, unclear communication, and disappointment. In the end, I decided to leave the firm and find representation that values clarity, honesty, and client needs. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.
