It’s gotten to the point that I’ll just stop by a Hunny Pot if I see one while driving, just to confirm the excellent service is company wide. This location was no different. Great staff, great selection. The aesthetic is different than other Hunny Pots I’ve been to, but I’m told they’ll be renovating this year. The store is huge, so I’m interested yo see what they do with the space. As for my experience, it was top notch, as usual. The budtender sold me on these CBG infused pre-rolls, something I hadn’t seen before. Great recommendation, and something I’ll definitely come back in for.

I was very pleased with the service that I receive at the Honey Pot location in Stittsville. The staff have always been very knowledgeable about Cannabis products and are eager to help . I also love the delivery service that they offer. There prices are average and I've always been pleased with the selection. Honey Pot Cannabis checks all the boxes for me!

I purchased three different grams of concentrates, including a package of shatter. The shatter was packaged in a waxy paper, which is enclosed in the outer security envelope. When I opened the security envelope, it was obvious that the shatter got too warm in the package and it leaked through the waxy paper and basically glued the waxy paper containing the shatter in the security envelope. It was obvious I never opened the waxy paper containing the shatter, or even removed it from the security envelope. There is no way to tell the shatter has melted unless you open the security envelope. The budtender refused to replace the package because the security envelope had been opened. When I pointed out that opening the security envelope was the only way to determine that the inner packaging defective, but he was adamant that there was nothing he could do because the security envelope had been opened. This is not a customer issue. It is either an issue with how Honeypot is storing the product, or a manufacturer's problem. In any event, Honeypot Cannabis does over $30M in annual sales and it leaves its customers to hold the bag for a problem that is either its or tis supplier's problems. Really uncool. Update: I called Honeypot customer service and they replaced to package and gave me a discount. Very satisfied with how they remedied the situation.
