Got sold on a different product as i was looking for diamonds.product was brand new and untouched, i opened it 15min after leaving the place (no i did not leave it on anything heated) and it looked like this.
I asked for a replacement because it doesn’t look at all like the pictures i got shown and was told “well those are stock photos, it’s normal that the product doesn’t look exactly like it”. I asked for them to just replace for the same item and see if they are all the same. The offer i got was to buy a new one at discount and that was it. No exchange or replacement. (I also offered to pay extra if it’s just better to take any other product and leave them with this one that is in my opinion definitely faulty)
Btw tokyo smoke had no issues at all replacing a faulty gram of shatter that i got from them that was all melted at the bottom of the bag.
1/5stars for the client’s experience. I have been buying from here since 2023 and will definetly not anymore.

I was a new customer & was pleasantly served by a young lady. She was intelligent, gave me excellent customer service. Even though I found the prices high for the product . The service I received was top notch!
Now I found this company let her go...
I will be going somewhere else to spend my money .

A real pleasure of your senses when you shop for your cannabis products here. The staff are very courteous, I was helped by Samantha G. and she was really amazing making my selection process very easy. I find this is a lot nicer than Fire and Flower.

Their associates don’t really know what they’re selling. They gave me a fortay reusable vape pen that comes without a charger without telling me it needs charging. When I went back they just offered me 10% discount on my next purchase instead of giving a proper solution as they don’t know the solution themselves. Would appreciate if the associates know what they’re selling so that customers don’t end up buying products that they can’t even use. My vape pen still have half of juice left.

An interesting experience which requires calibration. The customer service was excellent. We were promptly greeted upon entry, and given direction to the various products at our disposal. The staff were knowledgeable and answered any questions with a friendly and patient approach. The store was clean and well organized, bearing a crisp modern design.
However, the product itself left much to be desired. The 7g of Pink Kush we purchased came in ridiculously over-sized and wasteful individual one gram packages, which contained completely dried out crispy morsels of tiny buds. When unboxed and weighed at home, our purchase only amounted to 5.98g. We were hesitant to purchase any larger amounts until a thorough inspection of their packaging could yield a trusting result. This unfortunately was not the case.
5 stars for presentation and customer service, 0 for content. Streamline your packaging so your brand doesn't contribute to unnecessary waste, check that your scales are accurate, and invest in better quality inspection to ensure an enjoyable product for your future consumers.
