The only place I buy my carts. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff who always take the time to answer your questions and help you find the best product based on your specifications (which always deliver). You are never rushed and always warmly welcomed. Store is clean and well designed, selection is fantastic. Highly recommend.

This place has the location but not the product, the speed, or the knowledge. The people here don’t smoke weed so They can’t offer advice. And what’s worse is this is the only location in Ottawa where I’ve been denied to look at a product. Are you calling us thieves? Why would I shop here? Why on earth are your employees lacking in knowledge AND I can’t look at the product? Double whammy of a “I don’t want anyone to shop here”

Dennis always is always so friendly and always knows exactly what we need when we go in. Today he evern had the order ready when he saw us.
Considering I can go to any cannabis shop..I always end up here because of the service.
There is also a woman there who is awesome as well.
