I had an existing 1/3 HP sump pump that a) I wanted to replace with a 1/2 HP pump that I had already purchased. b) The old pump drained into the laundry tub and I wanted the water to drain to the outside backyard, which is the way that it should have been in the first place. Tyler from DrainPro came in and gave me what I felt was a very decent quote so I accepted and he went to work immediately. Tyler is very professional and personable individual. He worked quickly, but carefully and did a great job. See the photos. Nice clean drain through the outside wall. Over the past 10 years, I have tried several different plumbers, for actual work as well as getting quotes. As a senior on a limited persion, I have no hesitation in saying that, for any future plumbing needs, I will be using DrainPro only. I highly recommend them. Great service at affordable prices. I had Tyler from DrainPro at my house today. He snaked out my kitchen drain ( a good 35 feet). I am very happy with the service and the reasonable pricing. This is a family operation that I am happy to support. I called on a late Sunday afternoon. They picked up and booked to come to my place early the next day. Fantastic. From the start, they gave confident, well-intentioned vibes. Tyler the plumber, TTB was patient and generous with his time. A firm handshake, work boots removed at our front entrance and he clean up the worksite upon completion. He explained in detail the process and was exceptionally personable. I cannot recommend his service highly enough. I will certainly trust DrainPro at our place again.
