I came in at 4:10PM on a Friday (the following week after the summer hours were put into effect) and received excellent customer service from Bruno. Bruno stayed with me after closing (and turning off the printers) to print posters I needed and allowed me to pick up another order so I wouldn’t have to come back after the weekend. Bruno was extremely patient and problem-solved to fix the issue when there was an issue with the file. I really appreciate the service. Thank you again to Bruno.

I went there for scanning my passport. They gave me all the scanned pages into different pdfs. When I ask them, that I need all the pages into 1 pdf, they told me that they charge extra for that. This is common sense to get the passport as whole into 1 PDF.

I'm not a student but they responded quickly to my inquiries and printed my email order right away. only charged 11 cents for one label for amazon return. other print shops charge more than five dollars. btw, they don't accept cash so bring bank card.

I had a terrible experience with having some documents bound during the lockdown. The website doesn't describe the procedure for services that require people to drop off documents (the site is more catered for print jobs). The university only has one entrance open but again, no signage telling you that you're supposed to call and meet the DocUcentre person outside at an entrance different from the only open one.
The person on the job, Ronnie, seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but at work. His description over the phone of the correct door to meet him was beyond frustrating. He wouldn't describe any other landmarks or references for me to get an idea of where it was so I was left outside running around UCU in the rain and he just told me to call him when I found the right door. He wasn't very fluent in English which is fine, but more reason why management should have bilingual signage on the physical doors and website to describe the procedure to give staff and customers an easier time. He had a terrible attitude and showed no interest in helping. Any of my attempts to smile and be friendly was met with a cold stare. Support a local print shop instead and come here only as a last resort with time to waste.

Every service offered by the university who employs students is absolute garbage. They could not care less about their jobs. Slow, unprofessional, unfriendly and the list goes on. Who interviews these bums? A broom stick?
