i used to love this salon before but i'm not sure what happened throughout the years. i got my nails done 2 days ago and not only did the nail tech cut me, which can happen but is still unpleasant, but every color i wanted was unavailable. and when a color was finally available, it was different than the one on the models. after many redirections i finally got the desired final results, but the upcharge is probably what upset me the most. i got a gel manicure with tips, which is 60$ as written on the price menu, & also 60$ when i called and asked for the price. when came time to pay, the cashier told me the gel manicure was 75$ while also telling me the design was 15$ extra. so 100$ in total (with tax) when the design was 5$ per nail so my manicure should've been 80$ max. very disappointing and definitely won't go back. i've gotten dramatic nails for the same price so this still doesn't make sense to me, and making up prices as you go is the perfect way to lose customers. my manicure ended up nice but it definitely wasn't 100$. be careful heading there because they have gotten money hungry or just try a new salon tbh the service was 1/10 and if i could give it 0 stars i would

I got my nails done here on Friday Feb 14 by Daniel or something like that , and just THREE days later, they look like this! The gel polish is completely peeling off, chipping, and lifting. This is beyond unacceptable. A gel manicure should last at least two weeks, not fall apart in a matter of days! The application was clearly rushed and poorly done.
I wasted my time and money on this, and now I have to fix it elsewhere. What kind of salon charges for such low-quality work?! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Do NOT waste your money here!

Such an unpleasant experience this weekend. I have been an on/off customer since before the salon’s expansion and relocation within St. Laurent Mall, so nearly 10 years. I believe the individual who started my service was named Danny. He did not socialize much with me nor did he ask any questions throughout the service. Had to tell him to remove some dead skin he had missed on my toes which he responded “its normal, it was in the hot water..” He hurt me cutting healthy skin off my cuticle. I’m not one to complain, I just want a proper service, if I am paying for it. Danny turned off the massage chair before finishing my pedicure. I thought this was strange but I never said anything as I had already felt so uncomfortable. Pedicure completed, he began the acrylic application which he never asked if I wanted any design, just assumed I was doing a solid colour. Upon him completing the acrylic base before starting colour I thought it’d be a good idea to mention I wanted “a design” which in my opinion was more of a french manicure than actual design. (I hope to attach a photo of the requested design) He said he wouldn’t be able to do the “design” he would “try his best” as a paying customer devoting time and money for a service, I expect it to be done professionally, with attention to detail and care. I then asked if there was another tech available to complete the design or I will pack up my things and go elsewhere. Another gentleman further in the back, started to do the design - at this point, half of my nails had been painted with the design. Danny was doing another pedicure and began chatting in his native tongue with the gentleman doing my nails and suddenly my nails were $95. This was not including pedicure I just received. I was shocked upon being told this price as it was never discussed beforehand. I was confused how a solid colour application costs $65 and it would be $95 to apply a coloured border around my nails.. I stated I wouldn’t pay that as they’re not painting my nails completely and a $30 difference for a border mid nail application was insane. I would have had no problem paying- had I known the cost beforehand. The owner came over my shoulder, cornered me as the gentleman attempted to do the design, began arguing with me, telling me that I have a problem, that something is wrong with me. There’s nothing wrong with me, I have a problem with this service I received and the lack of communication from start to finish. To no avail, I had them remove the colour and left paying $125 for a shellac pedicure and acrylic nail application with a clear top coat. I do NOT recommend this place if you’re in a pinch. These people will price gauge everything during your service and won’t tell you until after the fact. This salon was much better before they expanded and relocated. Now they just want to squeeze in as many people as possible. They don’t care about you or your time, and money. Safe to say, I will never be going back.

I had such a great experience with Kimmy! After being disappointed with my previous nails, I was hesitant, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in her skills. Kimmy took her time to listen to what I wanted and absolutely delivered—I couldn’t be happier with the result. She’s talented, detail-oriented, and made the entire experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had my nails done yesterday, but I wasn’t happy with the result. The shellac was too thick, and I didn’t have enough time to choose the color I wanted. However, I did like how she cut and cleaned my cuticles.
