** I had one missed call from CSN Orleans the day after I posted the review. The phone rang once then hung up, there has been nothing since. There was not even a voicemail. One phone call does not equate to several. ** Absolutely avoid going to this place if you actually have repairs to be done. I was spoken down to like I didn’t know my vehicle. My van was not repaired properly. They told my insurance company they could take my van right away for repairs then left my van in the yard uncovered open and exposed to all elements without a proper assessment. They say they cover windows and doors that are open however my sliding door was off the frame open to everything and left uncovered. Which caused new damage and they tried to say it was pre-existing. They replaced my sliding door panel and held it up with the handle and when the handle popped off, they said it was a new issue and they were not warranty however, you can tell it was never installed properly because none of the pushpins were actually fastened but as an “act of goodwill”, they said they would fix it, charging me the cost of the handle. Bringing it back for that repair they still did not fix it. I still cannot lock and unlock my door manually (it does not lineup). They do not know what they are doing. I went through a car wash and water comes through my car door. They did not line it up properly. Poor poor service. Condescending, like to gaslight. I am so disappointed that I trusted the reviews for this place when the insurance company had recommended them. When they told me the car was ready for pick up the first time, the trim around my windshield was still popped off I questioned it and they just popped it down in front of me. This is a body shop not a repair shop, to fix scratches or paint but definitely not to ensure safety of vehicles that transport families.
I went to CSN Orleans for repairs after a car accident. The experience there was excellent. All of the staff, including reception was exceptional - kind, attentive, well-informed, helpful and efficient. Masood was overseeing and helping me with my repairs specifically. I cannot thank him enough for the way he handled my file. He worked well with my insurer, proactively followed up with them and myself around my repairs, and made sure the estimates, repairs and everything else inbetween was taken care of. Masood was also one of the KINDEST people I have met in this industry. His communication was professional and clear. He took the time to help me beyond the regular scope of repair work, and helped me navigate the repair process with the shop and the insurer. He was supportive and attentive to the fact I had been in an accident and was very patient with me as I went through this stressful time. He made sure the car repairs were stress free and done to my expectations. The car is now in great shape. I really recommend and trust this shop. Absolutely would recommend to anyone needing vehicle repairs.
Overall, my experience was just okay. It took 38 (business) days to receive my car back due to parts ordering and repairs, but the vehicle now looks great and drives well. That said, there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service and communication. I requested a copy of a call I had with them and was told it would be forwarded to a general manager. To date I haven’t received any follow-up. The quality of the repair work itself was solid, and they do offer a lifetime warranty, which is a plus. However, based on my personal experience, I likely wouldn’t return to CSN Bemac Orléans. I’d recommend proceeding with caution.
I had some damage on my car from a hit and run incident in a parking lot. Isbah Masood was the appraiser assigned to evaluate the damage. All I can say is I can’t put it into writing how great of an experience I had with him. He genuinely cares about each and every customer. He listens, is super friendly, and looks at all potential avenues to reach a solution the customer is happy with. This is the kind of person I’d recommend to ANYONE I know who has a damaged car. Not just recommending CSN, but Isbah Masood specifically. I will only ever come to him because of how good our interaction was. If a manager is reading this, please understand you have an absolute GEM working for you. He deserves appreciation and just earned you a client so long as he’s working there.
CSN took my vehicle from Car Star that said it would take up to 2-3months to fix. They were friendly and kept me updated on everything. Three weeks later I had my vehicle back at a reasonable cost. Thank you Mossoud (apologize for mis-spelling your nane) and Daphne the receptionist who made me feel valued. "Side note ' since COVID I find it impossible to find Customer Service, however CSN has given me hope that it may be returning. Thank you to the receptionist, the appraiser and the mechanics. I am so grateful
