CSN Collision was very helpful in keeping us up to date on our vehicle status. They communicated with my wife and I to let us know that our vehicle should be emptied ahead of the insurance agency. This was particularly relevant in our situation because we wanted to be on top our vehicle repair status and whether or not it would be repairable or written off. By keeping us informed we were able to remove all articles of importance to our family. Without this headup the insurance agent would have had our vehicle towed when it was written off without prior notification.
I have used CSN several times and was surprised at their change in customer service. My vehicle was at CSN for over 3 months and for majority of that time I was the one to initiate calls to determine the status of the repair. This changed for the better during the last 3 weeks. The actual repair was well done. Hoping their customer service improves.
I recently had my car doors repaired and painted at CSN Collision Center, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and paid attention to every detail. The paint job was flawless, and my doors look as good as new. I highly recommend CSN Collision Center for anyone looking for quality repair work and exceptional service!
We had our Dodge Challenger sent to CSN after an accident. It took over 4 months to have the repairs completed and when we finally were able to pick it up, they advised us that there was damage on the rear fender and told us it was the tow truck company’s fault. On top of this new found damage, they also advised us that they were still missing parts and we would have to come back to finish the work on the car. Fast forward to the following spring, we go in to see if they received the missing parts and were told they were never ordered. So yet another delay in getting the work (that they were paid for) completed. When our appointment day finally arrives, we have the work done and when we went to pick up the car they attempted to charge us another $500 deductible for work they were already paid for!!! This garage needs to be better organized, and take responsibility for their actions, including any damage that happens on their lot. They haven’t heard the last from us yet.
The exterior work was done extremely well. However, the attention to detail was missed. The technicians did not put my emblems back on my passenger’s door of my Raptor’s truck . And when I found emblem in the truck, it was broken. The work took 21/2 months to complete, when I would call for updates I would receiving excuses or unanswered phone calls. I was asked by the shop to replace my running boards which were damaged during the crash. In which I did with the original ones to the truck. Upon speaking with the tech, I asked for the old ones back and was told they wound be with the truck upon completion of the work. I never received them and was told they were thrown out. I called the shop several times afterward asking for an explanation and was told someone would get back to me. However no one ever did. Overall, I am happy with the work that was completed. However, I choose CSN over my local Ford Dealership and expected much more from one of Ottawa’s most respected and professional auto repair companies. B.D. Brooks
