Save yourself the hassle and headache dealing with these incompetent individuals.
This Internet provider is truly shady and you DO NOT get even close to the speed you signed up for between the hours of 6PM-11PM. I signed up for the 75/10 plan. Every single day between the hours of 6PM-11PM the speeds DROP LIKE CRAZY!! You will get approximately 6/10 during peak hours. During the day the speeds are exactly as you pay for, but during peak hours it drops to dial-up speeds. It's not even useable at this point.
Their technical support and customer service is based out of India or Pakistan. They give you the exact same excuse every single day "engineers are upgrading the servers it will take some time to fix". No estimated time of fix, just simply put, you will be waiting forever, and forever will never arrive.
Save yourself the hassle, don't bother. $30 activation fee is non-refundable, and you have to ship the modem back at your expense. It's all a scam.
They are at the bottom of the third party providers - they have very little room in the network, hence the crappy service you get during peak hours.
Customer service along with technical support is incompetent. Hold times are ridiculous, and service is pure junk. Want to speak to a supervisor? "Sure let me transfer you" ......"Hangs up".
Switch to Fido for the 75/10 deal for $32.00. Don't waste your time.

Best price for high quality service. Great deal! Knowledgeable & friendly staff. The guys made activation so easy, and provided such a high value, our whole family is switching here. I love the new internet connection, it's working quite nicely for my extended use. Thanks!

Installation scheduled for next week. Picked up wireless router today, very happy with the customer service, and best price for the plan. Will see next week how is the internet connection/speed.

This company, and Carrytel, has the WORST customer service.
They offer free 7 days trial, but you need to mail-in (no fax, no email) a copy of your driver's license and a copy of bank statement to get the refund. I had their service for less than 7 days, and it gave me a lot of trouble. For my privacy, I sent the documents with some irrelevant information removed (but still had my full name and address etc), and bank transactions from other locations. Guess what? My refund is rejected, because I removed those info. Once they get your money, they will do everything possible to not give you refund. I knew right away that I shouldn't have trusted Chinese operated company.
