Just received my new furnace installation and had a maintenance check on AC after Ottawa Floods . Dave and Braydon were great they work efficiently and ask if I have questions answering the questions I had assured I was happy provided me with model and serial numbers to register my device showed me everything after installation. Courteous friendly covering floors leaving everything clean .

Excellent Emergency Service Had an emergency with our well pump and was extremely impressed with the service received. The response was quick, professional, and efficient, and the well pump was replaced with minimal disruption. The follow-up service was also excellent. They made sure everything was working properly. Ben, Braeden and Earl went above and beyond checking the faucet filters, water pressure and cleaning up to ensure there was no mess left behind. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers from the initial emergency call right through to the follow-up.
Dave and Braeden did a fantastic and quick job of installing our new AC unit. They gave a very detailed and helpful walk through of the new system after installation. Dave and Brady went above and beyond when they came to replace my furnace today, post flooding. They were kind and respectful, even taking care to clean underneath and behind the unit before installing the new one. I'm also grateful that they were able to finish the installation of my humidifier, which had been in progress at the time of the flood, and they showed me how to operate it. It was a wonderful extra touch! They were the most positive interaction/experience I've had during this whole ordeal.
