Installation was great last year. Just had a service call that went very smoothly and was covered by my warranty. Used their AI chatbot to contact them on their website and got a callback to set up the service first thing in the morning. Very happy 😊
Don’t look anywhere else. Use climate works for my bi-annual maintenance and any urgent issues. Had an issue with my A/C and they arrived promptly, assessed the issue and made the fix. I’ve worked with other companies that were more interested in selling me a new unit than repairing my current. Climate Works came to my house within 3 hours after I called them when the A/C on my heat pump stopped working. It was a crazy hot day so I was incredibly grateful for their prompt service. Ben came to dis-connect our water system in order to continue with the demolition. We wanted to keep it connected instead. He was able to identify options, while working with our priorities going forward. In the end, he came up with a solution that meets our needs and allows for the demolition to proceed.
