We just had our ducts cleaned by Climate Works today. The young man Cameron, who showed up at our door was kind and courteous. He communicated well every step of the process and answered any questions we had. He did a really good job cleaning our ducts and making sure they were done right. Curtis is amazing. He is professional, listens and investigates. He was not scared to dig in the snow to see what was happening with the sump pump pipes drainage outside. Ive had quite a few companies come check and he was the first to look further into the problem and made no assumptions.
