We go back and forth, hoping that the second time we went they can see everything that is not yet properly done but still the bumper is not intact and some paints still not done 😠Our time is wasted.. They are rushing, even they rush I’m expecting they can finish our car properly. We just get our car and put in other collission center. Never Again!

I brought my car to CARSTAR after a collision that damaged the front driver side of my vehicle, and I’m extremely pleased with both the quality of the repair and the overall experience. UPDATE*** George called and explained everything in details and gave us a day and time to come back in. We just left the body shop and they aligned the hood and are ordering a hood gasket at no charge. - Thank you for rectifying the situation. and Horrible service! Dishonesty 100% Picked up our car and the gentleman (sitting to the left of the entrance door) who was nice, took us to the car. We noticed a few scratches and the hood was not aligned, he said his good technicians had left for the day but the new girl was good enough to look at it. She tried but not 100% fixed, we were told to take the car and see if anything else, sensors etc.. was wrong. We drove it for a week and only 1 sensor acted funny but it went away. We called to make an appointment to have the hood aligned and were told NO! This time it was a lady who said we had to reopen the claim and pay another deductible because they never touch the hood 🤯. So unprofessional, complete bullshit! She is saying it’s not part of the claim… it was when we picked it up… all together, horrible experience!!!
