I am super happy with my experience at Surgenor. I brought my 2009 Corvette C6 with 20000 klms for an oil sensor replacement. Which meant taking apart the top part of the engine. Needless to say I am nervous letting anyone touch my car. The vette is as new and I just spent 2 grand getting the it ceramic coated. From the moment I entered Surgenors service bay. I was impressed. The techs treated me and the car with absolute professionalism and good vibes. I had the car repaired and put back together like the car never left my garage. Coming from a car nut who has had bad experiences with automobile establishments, I can tell your Surgenor knocked it out of the park! What a great team to hand over your pride and joy to. Surgenor has earned my respect and my loyalty going forward with all my cars. Cheers Todd Van Dusen.
Got my new chevy silverado 2500HD trail boss from surgenor and the salesman Ivan was the best all the way to the end. Even had issues with the truck and they manage to fix it right away before delivery with there dedicated mechanic team. I really recommend Surgenor for your next vehicle and go see Ivan he's the best.
I recently purchased an Cadillac Optiq and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Patrick, my sales consultant, was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided me with several options so I could make the best decision for my needs. I never felt any pressure at any point, which made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Austin, the Sales Manager, was great to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. John in Financial Services was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through all the details, making the final steps simple and stress-free. Overall, the whole team was helpful, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. I truly appreciated the no-pressure approach and the excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this team to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle.
I had such a wonderful experience with Walter at the GM/BUICK Dealership. I had gone to Mr. Lube across the street because one of my tires was losing air, and they told me I would likely need to replace two tires. Since they needed the wheel lock key to inspect things further, I went over to the dealership to see if they could help me locate it. That’s when Walter completely went above and beyond. Instead of simply pointing me in a direction, he actually walked across the street with me to look at the car himself, checked the tire, and took the time to properly assess the situation. Thanks to his honesty and expertise, I found out I did not need two new tires after all. Walter’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help saved me from unnecessary stress and expense. You don’t often come across people who care this much about helping someone. Thank you for being such a great human, Walter. I hope you have the absolute best time at the Grand Prix weekend. GM/Buick is lucky to have you 🚗✨🏁
I have to say, Patrick Bicu at Surgenor Ottawa is one of the best! You can tell right away when someone truly has passion for their work, and Patrick definitely does. What an amazing experience buying a truck with Pat! He’s knowledgeable, professional, easy to deal with, and genuinely cares about his customers. I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone I know who’s looking to buy a vehicle. Great experience from start to finish!
