I will start by saying that the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado that I purchased about 3 weeks ago is great and I love it. The reason for the 1 star review is because of the sales manager and the sales representative I was dealing with. There wasn't one major thing that made my experience sub par. It was all the little things that kept happening throughout the purchase process and after picking up the truck that just started to get frustrating. Right after purchasing the truck the sales rep gave me his phone number and said he would keep me posted on the progress with the new rims I additionally purchased for the truck. I had to reach out to him every time I needed a progress update. This is not how customer service should be. When I arrived to pick up my truck, there was a fairly large scratch along the rear window that would inevitably have me come back in the coming weeks to have it replaced. I was not mad about this as stuff happens (one of many little things that started to get annoying). Once I got in the truck and turned it on the truck only had 1/4 tank of gas. Yes, this is a small issue but I would think it is customary to leave the brand new vehicle to your customer with a full tank. They did go fill it up for me but it just delayed the transaction even more. So the day I come back to have the window replaced, I called the sales manager Jay, to ask if we could work out a deal for some weather tech floor mats for the truck because I had to take time off work and drive out of my way to have this mistake fixed. Anyhow, he said he could send over a quote for the floor mats and try to give me a price as "painless" as he could was the word he used. I was willing to entertain this quote and was looking forward to seeing it. He told me he would be telling the sales rep to get that put together immediately and sent over to me. I never heard from either of them. Just showed up after work to pick up my truck and leave as I got the feeling I did not matter to them. So much for customer service I guess. Also I don't want you to copy and paste your well thought out response that you have done for everyone in the reviews who left a bad review. This is a perfect example of why they just don't care about their customers.
Had a great experience buying my new Suburban at Surgenors. Lee and John were both fantastic with making us feel comfortable and never felt pressured. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Their customer service has been above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with the service they have provided and continue to provide.
Just recently bought my fourth Suburban from Surgenor and as usual, an exceptional experience. Big Thanks to Jason Krause, a true superstar that always goes above and beyond, as well as Kyle and Pierre. I've sent many friends there over the years and will continue to. If you're in the market for a vehicle, go see these guys. you'll be happy you did!
This has been by far the the worst dealership I have ever been to and I don’t recommend anyone does business with this dealership. I personally am suing them myself. My experience started over a year ago when I tried to purchases a 2023 Caddilac Escalade and the sales people told me I can not purchase a vehicle with cash over $10k so I went and bought my Escalade cash at another dealership and then I heard gmc does accept cash payments for vehicles over $10k so I tried it again and tried to buy a 2023 Sierra Denali but again got refused my business because it was in cash. Now I own my 2 vehicles and I was bringing them to surgenor for service which was a huge mistake. I brought my truck in for the from camera and after keeping it for 2 days they did nothing by order the parts. Surgenor gave me a rental which was a Tesla which are by safe to drive these days since people are vandalizing teslas even with people driving them. I asked for another vehicle they said I could only get the Tesla. Now 2 weeks lasted they get the camera in for my truck and I brought it back for the device and they fails to put the plastic back on the front of my truck and instead of the dealership taking accountability for their actions they reused to fix the part they left off my truck and the cameras they fixed are still broke so now I had to buy the plastic piece surgeon never out back on my truck from another dealership and o have to get my cameras fixed not since surgeon can’t seem to do quality service. My attorney has filed the paperwork’s to sue the dealership and gmc for their actions. Do not use this dealership run away from them! I promise other gmc dealers do butter business and service their customers and the mechanics at surgeon clearly don’t know what their doing based on the results I got from them on my Denali. Now surgenor will pay $500 a hour for my attorney and my time also since they failed to fix my truck properly even after it was brought to their attention they left pieces offf tenants still refused to fix the issue or pull his camera footage or anything. Now we will let the courts decide
I recently purchased a Suburban from Surgenors with the help of Lee in sales and John in finance. This was by far the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I never felt pressured and always felt like they had my best interest. Whenever I need anything it's been handled immediately without issues. Big Thanks again to Lee and John!!
