Insurance job was told I had to go there, brought my car for the quote on December 18th was told that my insurance and I would hear back with 48hours. I got my quote January 29th…
When I called to book an appointment, I booked it for March 25th, they called me a few days ahead to push it back because they were too busy.
New appointment, April 8th, same thing too busy called to get it pushed back.
New appointment, May 6th, didn’t work so pushed back to May 28th.
I dropped it off before closing time of the 27th.
When I called about my quote I was told that it would be a delay of 3 to 5 days. So on the Thursday (3 days after dropping it off) I called and after long minutes on hold I was told my car was in the yard and that it hadn’t been started. I had plans on going on a few days vacation and so had to push those back.
They told me the machine had broken the Tuesday morning and that they didn’t think of calling me…
I recuperated my car on Friday 4:30 and brought it back on the Sunday.
I called on the Monday and the Manager I spoke to told me that it should be good to go and hopefully before the Friday.
No news I called back yesterday Thursday, they had removed my windshield and all of a sudden the machine had stopped working again.
No solution to help me considering getting a rental that cost me money is not an option, the guy told me there’s nothing they could do when my car had been there for 8 days.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE, the equipment is always broken and no one seems to truly want to help find a solution other than telling you that it’s not their fault the machine is broken and that there’s nothing they can do.
Horrible service, horrible equipment and now I’m starting to wonder how the job is going to look.

I went here after getting rear ended and needed to have bodywork done on my car. Friendly staff, quick and to the point. They take good care of you and are very transparent about the whole process so you don't need to worry about anything.
