I needed a booklet done up for my family for Christmas. The staff are responsive and helpful. There was a mistake, but they took care of it and delivered on time and were quick to reply to emails throughout. The print and binding quality is excellent. Thank you!

Very unprofessional, did not answer my emails when there was an issue with my order just completely ghosted me. The print is dark, blurry and misaligned. I went to shooters instead and they did a way better job.
The print being dark is just part of the problem. Very blurry. The imgae i provided was light and crisp( again another print shop got the same file and did a way better job) also no you did not answer my last two emails. And i still haven't gotten a refund.

Carlos and his team have printed out several art pieces for me. They have done a fantastic job and check with me if unsure before going ahead. All my finished pieces have been on top quality paper (recommended by Carlos depending on the piece) and to perfect dimension. Next day (or even same day service) and very reasonable prices. Always delivered with a smile and expert advice. I can't recommend Carlos Graphics more highly if you need a special job.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Carlos Graphics. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly responsive, every email and question I sent was answered quickly and clearly. It really felt like they cared about making sure everything went smoothly.
What really stood out to me was how fast they turned things around. The quality of their work is top-notch. The embroidery I had done came out crisp, clean, and professional, better than I even expected. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
And the pricing? Super reasonable for the level of quality and service they deliver. It’s rare to find a place that balances affordability with such high standards.
All in all, I’m extremely satisfied and would recommend Carlos Graphics in a heartbeat. Fast, friendly, affordable, and excellent quality, what more can you ask for?
