I did before manicure and pedicure without any issue, but today I got the worst experience, he cut my finger, I told me it is hurting and he was smiling, maybe he doesn’t speak English, but how come you don’t care about your clients! I was shy to complain but you should appology and do a better service, even my nails horrible, not what I hoping to get.

I went in to treat myself after a long week, and there were a few things already not in place when I went in. It started as a friendly welcoming place but when I sat down it just went sour from there. I asked for nail shape examples to choose from - there was none but only colours to choose from. I asked couple of times if there are nail shapes but the lady did not understand my request and I suggested there should be one customers can pick from of their choice.. the lady then suggested for me to pick my colour. I don't think she understood a word I said, but rather I was rushed to pick a colour to get this going. I then showed the lady the shape choice from my phone, and she nodded and understood my request. I tried to make small talk just to make the experience more smoothly, but no one was reciprocated. The experience was overall okay until the end. It became a rushed job with a few but very rough and painful polishings and none of the bottom nails polished.
I left out of there not impressed with the hospitality and friendliness wad gone the moment I asked for nail shape examples. Ironically they had none for a nail salon.
One star for that nail lady.

Not worthy of even 1 star after the humiliating, embarrassing experience I had there earlier today. I was soaking my feet for a pedicure and the girl gave me a shower. She sprayed water onto my seat and legs, so my jeans got very wet. I told her I already had a shower today and decided to leave since this was not a good start. I had to walk through the mall with a wet rear end and water down my jeans. It looked like I had peed myself. So embarrassing!!! Needless to say, I will never, ever return. I should have read the reviews. Do yourself a favour and read the reviews and find somewhere else to go.

I have had good service and a nice pedicure here BUT they have one male technician who should not be allowed to touch anyone. He gave me a rough, sloppy and rushed pedicure, disregarding my requests. I found out later he speaks no English so that explained it. My nails were not evenly filed, the cuticles were ragged and the polish uneven. One toe had a cut cuticle. I called and complained and they told me to come back the next day, saying come anytime. When I did, they said they were too busy. Then they assigned the same person to fix the bad job. He started sawing away with a file, drawing blood from one toe, then used the cuticle cutters and quickly cut into 2 other toes, which bled profusely. I pulled my feet away and got out of the chair. The owner was apologetic and told me to come back again and she would personally redo the entire service. My toes were too sore and I would never allow them to touch me again. I asked for and received a refund. Beware who does your service here!!

I booked the appointment before, and I showed them what I wanted to do they said it would take 1h15 min, when I came back, it took them 2h30 min for a simple design. After two weeks I came back to just remove the nails and it was awful, they tried to rip them off with nail clippers, instead of using acetone and foil as the other salons do, I told them that it was hurting but they kept going and pulling my real nails off too. Did not stay for even a full 5 minutes and they charged me 10$. Would never go back to this place again. I do not recommend it.
