Really fast, professional, considerate and friendly service. Our AC broke down in the middle of the heat wave - they responded really quickly and were able to fit us in the next day. Mark was SO helpful and was able to replace the broken piece right away. The AC didn't turn on because we still had an issue with our fuse box -- but he called us the very next day to let us know he encountered the same issue elsewhere and how to fix it! We already had but the fact that he thought to do that kind of follow-up was so thoughtful and is the kind of service that you don't see much anymore. Also, anyone willing play with our very hyper dog at the same time is aces :)
5+++ Stars for Capital Home Comfort Systems!! Called them in panic on 2 July after the flooding in Ottawa and they were at our home within a couple of hours, and an estimate to replace furnace/hot water tank the following day. While it took days for us to get out of our contract with Enercare, Capital checked in with us for updates and as soon as we were ready, they were at our door. Very curteous, efficient and professional in replacing everything. Highly highly recommend this company.
Highly recommend!! I called after hours, with concern about AC not working and my children overheating. They came the next morning. Not only did they solve the problem very quickly, but they were also supportive in helping me learn more about the HVAC systems, etc. Even patiently took the time to show me how to turn the outside water tap on and off. Will definitely call them again if I need support.

5 stars are not enough for this company. I came home at 430pm to find my central air not working. (33 degrees before humidity). House was horribly hot. I called Capital Home Comfort and to my surprise someone answered on a Friday afternoon just before 5 pm. I was told he could have someone come right away to look at my ac,told me how much the service call would be, which i found was a good price. Mark (tech) showed up and literally in 5 min told me what was wrong with my ac the cost to fix it and that he had the part in his van. AC was running in Mabe 10 min. I can't say enough about the great service i received from Capital Home Comfort and Mark. Many thanks guys, Jason
