If we could give 10 stars we would do so. We have been dealing with Mark and Kevin at Capital Home Comfort for many years. We bought a furnace and central air from them in 2012. We were so impressed we recommended them to our neighbour. We still have that same furnace as they have serviced it regularly over the years. Then, in 2024 we had to replace the air conditioner so, since we were renovating our home, we decided to go all in for a heat pump. There was no question who was going to do the work as Mark and Kevin have always given us the best service at a very fair price. Recently, while vacationing in Mexico, we received a text from our fancy thermostat that the heat in our house was only at 18degrees. We texted Kevin late on a Saturday and they went to our house within the hour to check it out. They checked it all out, reset the furnace and we came home to a warm house early Sunday morning. We can't say enough about the incredible, personalized service.
Mark and his team are phenomenal. I had asked Mark to meet one of my clients for a consult regarding an installation of a new furnace. My client sung his praises - she was impressed and pleased with his exceptional service. Mark is an expert in his domain- a professional and knowledgeable contact who was able to break down the steps and information in a digestible manner, ensuring my client felt comfortable and well informed throughout. As my client’s real estate representative, this was music to my ears. Further, he has helped my family for many years - for all our furnace needs, and has continued to go above and beyond. Great guy - came out quickly, diagnosed the situation fast, got my furnance back up and running quickly. As a bonus showed me how to maintain other HVAC equipment in our house. Wouldn't call anyone else in the future - these guys are great.
We've used Capital Home Comfort Systems for everything from minor repairs to our furnace, air conditioner and humidifier, to a full-scale supply and installation of a brand new gas fireplace in our home. They're always prompt, friendly, and do amazing work! Highly recommend them!!
