This has now become my regular store for purchasing cannabis. Every time I walk through the door, the team members are so friendly. Service is quick and to the point. The staff is very knowledgeable and always recommendeds some of the best products I've tried. Recently I had the pleasure of having Amanda help me purchase a new disposable. She guided me to a new one she personally recommended and it ended up being one of my favorites. At the point of sale, Amanda showed me their membership tiers; One free, one paid. Their paid Elite program saved me some money and I I'm frequent enought that it pays itself. Very happy with the exceptional service and selection of products at this location!
As someone who is still learning about the different products available, and my first time at this store, I really appreciate the support I received from Suraj today. He broke down the differences between Indica and Sativa in a way that was easy to understand and helped me select a product that actually helped with my specific needs. He didn't just make a sale, he provided an educational experience. I left feeling confident in my purchase. I am definitely visiting here again and will recommend my friends to visit this store.

You wanna discount, you gotta pay them a yearly subscription for some elite membership, they even have a section of the shop that it has deals and prices that are only for elite members. They had three different prices for the bag that I wanted, and I don't want to pay for some membership, So I left with nothing. Avoid their elite gimmick, there are better chains with discounts for everyone, no elitist garbage.
Terrible service both times I have taken a lyft here. I called ahead of time to ask if they had something in stock. They told me yes. Only to arrive both times and it not be there. Lyft gives us 5 min before they leave. I don't have time to find something else. Please stop being lazy and actually look in the back. The OZ store has never done this
