I've had to shop at other locations due to the lack of stock in the show cases. They never put out products promptly and it all just sits in boxes for weeks that are visible for all to see. Staff is friendly but lacks knowledge. Store itself is always dirty with marks on the wall and it just looks un welcoming.
I’ve been coming to this location for almost a year now , the staff is very professional and knowledgeable, but I especially would like to give a big thank you to Amy who is amazing! super helpful and knows exactly what to suggest. Amy has helped me out on numerous occasions, one occasion that I will never forget is her kind words and understanding when I came in and I was not feeling my best self ( just one of those days , that a girl goes through 😉) and Amy really went above and beyond, suggested some great products , thank you so much . And thank you for always helping me find just what I need and because of all your help , I am more comfortable knowing I have my “ go too” products and trying something new or different, always thanks to you ! You never miss ! And I’m never gonna stop coming here! it’s my favourite place in the city ! Thank you again ! F
Their workers just wanna sell whatever even if they don't have what you are looking for they tell you we have it ! They make you pay and they give you products you did not ask for And when you find out they tell you there is nothing we can do we are sorry! Bought a cartridge with no ID, it broke immediately. Came back to return it, got refused service for not having ID. I'm 38 with a grizzly beard. Smh. Never again. What a rip.
You guys really need to fix your website. I went online to see what they had, I was getting myself piper's punch dank n stormy with 30%thc, but the one they gave me is piper's punch Dankonade with 24.9%thc. Im a little disappointed, I wanted 30%thc and not 24.9%thc. Other than that, everything else was great.
