I’m visiting in town and this place was near my hotel decided to check it out and it was a really nice dispensary upon arriving. The guard was really nice and friendly and people working. There were super helpful and made the whole experience very easy. I went in there looking for pre-rolls they showed me different varieties and made my purchase super quick In-N-Out definitely recommend this dispensary for anyone in the area prices were very reasonable.
Edit**** STILL KIND OF DIRTY & UNORGANIZED WENT BACK 2 WEEKS LATER, LADY TOLD ME SHE SEEN MY REVIEW, TOLD ME I SHOULD GO TO ANOTHER STORE, GOT MAD AT ME & WANTED TO FIGHT 🙉🙈🙊 the owners response such a joke (im such a nice guy very respectful) & doesnt show any remorse. Everyday its like this every time I come into this shop nothing ever changes & they say im aggressive. It's still dirty day or night week or weekend. Not just busy hours. They really need to work on organization. The owner is making excuses and not taking actual accountability blaming the hiring process. I know plenty of staff they even say the owner doesn't want to hire more employees cause they don't want to spend money. Makes sense... ***VERY UNPROFESSIONAL*** Most disgusting canna caban ive ever been in, dust in every show case. Name tags of products all mixed up. Products upside down & misplaced/ hard to read. There's plenty of staff not sure why its so messy and unorganised feels like I'm buying drugs from the streets. Super slow staff very unhelpful. Please clean up. Staff is very lazy & unprofessional. Stop hiring kids/ understaffing yourself. You're company is making more than enough money to hire more employees. Still my go to dispensary though but you people need to clean up your store! Dirty... Blonde mananger girl got offended when I told her the shop is a mess.
Amazing experience every time I go. The shop is clean, welcoming, and the staff are super knowledgeable without being pushy. They take the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Great selection, fair prices, and overall just a solid vibe. Definitely my go-to spot. Love everything they have to offer as a team
I had a very disappointing experience with the Black girl with braids working at the rideau location. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but her customer service skills were extremely poor. She was rude, unwelcoming, and appeared annoyed when assisting customers. If you’re working in customer service, a positive and professional attitude is essential. Additionally, if your business does not accept cash, there should be a clear sign informing customers before they reach the counter. Simply saying “we don’t take cash” without any explanation or visible notice is unprofessional and frustrating. I hope management addresses both the lack of customer service and the absence of proper signage to improve the customer experience.
Guess Canna Cabana Rideau is not the place to get ur best deals… went in on a Friday evening which yeah it’s busy but even busier when the security guard at the door is letting his buddies in before everyone that’s been waiting 30-45 minutes AT THE DOOR. Then ur not even welcomed by a single employee until about 10-15 minutes after waiting at the door for them to tell me the product I called for five minutes prior that I had put on hold was sold…. Okay cool. No other products were mentioned as alternatives and was just told yeah we sold it. Then as I’m leaving another employee who has previously claimed to be the manager tells me he’s not and I can shop “go somewhere else” as someone with autism customer service goes a long way and I can definitely say I will never be back as someone who goes to these stores multiple times a week ever again. This location needs to be closed they cannot run it for the life of them.
