Amazing experience every time I go. The shop is clean, welcoming, and the staff are super knowledgeable without being pushy. They take the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Great selection, fair prices, and overall just a solid vibe. Definitely my go-to spot. Love everything they have to offer as a team
Edit**** STILL KIND OF DIRTY & UNORGANIZED WENT BACK 2 WEEKS LATER, LADY TOLD ME SHE SEEN MY REVIEW, TOLD ME I SHOULD GO TO ANOTHER STORE, GOT MAD AT ME & WANTED TO FIGHT 🙉🙈🙊 the owners response such a joke (im such a nice guy very respectful) & doesnt show any remorse. Everyday its like this every time I come into this shop nothing ever changes & they say im aggressive. It's still dirty day or night week or weekend. Not just busy hours. They really need to work on organization. The owner is making excuses and not taking actual accountability blaming the hiring process. I know plenty of staff they even say the owner doesn't want to hire more employees cause they don't want to spend money. Makes sense... ***VERY UNPROFESSIONAL*** Most disgusting canna caban ive ever been in, dust in every show case. Name tags of products all mixed up. Products upside down & misplaced/ hard to read. There's plenty of staff not sure why its so messy and unorganised feels like I'm buying drugs from the streets. Super slow staff very unhelpful. Please clean up. Staff is very lazy & unprofessional. Stop hiring kids/ understaffing yourself. You're company is making more than enough money to hire more employees. Still my go to dispensary though but you people need to clean up your store! Dirty... Blonde mananger girl got offended when I told her the shop is a mess.
Had great experiences and solid customer service at this location... up until today. A person I was with was told to leave the store due to an alleged policy regarding full face makeup. Said person I was with wore traditionally goth makeup that in no way interfered with their photo ID or facial recognition. According to the staff member that told us this, it was a policy and the manager working this day was apparently uncomfortable with this person being in the store, so he was told to leave. While I was provided service and the staff member apologized for the situation, it left a very bad feeling for the both of us. We both like to dress alternatively and have never had any issue with wearing goth makeup and being provided service at this location. Now, we don't feel comfortable going to this location anymore due to this discrimination. Fellow goths of the area, take this as a word of caution; you may be refused service at this location if you go in with white foundation and cheek contouring, or any makeup that isn't "normal". Leaving a two-star rating due to past great experiences, but this one has turned me away from visiting ever again :/ EDIT: I wanted to add that this policy is not one that you can find on their website, or posted in front of this location itself. If it was, this person and I would've been more aware and would not have entered the store in full goth makeup. On several occasions we had been provided exceptional service while in full face makeup with no issues, and I believe this is an issue with a new manager and staff team that feel personally uncomfortable or even threatened by people with alternative looks and styles.
Hey everyone, here's a quick shout out to (Rideau Canna Cabana) this place hands down has the most helpful, knowledgeable and informative staff to start. Secondly the place is "always" super clean and safe. "Thanks security". The place is filled with product thats sure to please every customer in one way or another. Flower, pre rolls, beverages, you name it. Forth, the price is always right. Haha there's no getting around it. "CHEAPEST IN TOWN". 🤟❤️🍁Lastly to top it all off. It comes with a warm family oriented feeling. With that said feel free to ask anything and not feel uncomfortable. For people starting out or long time vets, there's no silly questions 😜. I received excellent customer service at this location. A friendly budtender by the name of Asmaa was very attentive while providing her assistance during my last visit. She recommended a well within budget on-the-go blunt that hit wonderfully. It was an overall great experience!
