A Great experience at this cannabis store! The selection was excellent and everything was well organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. What really stood out was the staff, they were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. KEVAL gave some great recommendations too. Overall, a welcoming atmosphere and awesome customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back! 😊

Shab was amazing, I asked for a few things and right away she knew what I was looking for!! She got the knowledge and some professionalism. 100% recommend the Clarence street location!

This is the best location! I visit this location frequently and always appreciate the exceptional customer service and recommendations from the employees. One particular day when their computer system was down the manager was creative and figured out a way to still help clients. Great spot, great prices, great staff!

I have been coming to this dispensary for many years. Most of the staff managers are amazing. I had a very uncomfortable experience yesterday at 3:20 p.m. on January 30th I came in and explained that I would like to do a price match and she said we don't do those and then I said look online. I said yes you do you not only price match you beat them. She says I've never been aware of this policy. You're going to have to come back during the week when a manager's here I said so there's no Superior staff right now. There's nobody in charge. She said no we we were both just hired and we're not trained to do any of this and then she explained to me that she can only serve me the stuff that was in the display case because she wasn't trained to open the boxes or put anything on display. Both of the staff were very unknowledgeable about anything in the store or any of the policies I've never seen so poorly trained staff turned I won't be coming back to this location ever again. Just the only time I will be will be coming to speak to the manager Maria about my experience. Thank you

I purchased a cartridge last week and it ended up being defective.
The hardware as a clear problem, it won’t work unless I put the temperature to max on my vape. Because the temperate as to be set as the max it don’t taste nice at all. I went to the store to complain and they kept saying that my cartridge “was working” … I understand that it’s turning on but that’s not my issue…. The manager refused to help me, he kept saying it’s working. I tried to have him understand the symptom of the cartridge and they refused to support me and help me! They said that it was my battery when my battery works fine on every other cartridge. I buy so many products from that store, it’s a shame to treat a customer that way. I asked for the managers name and he refused to give me his name.
Worst after purchase experience ever in a dispensary.
