Amazing experience at this cannabis store! The variety of products was impressive and everything was neatly arranged, which made browsing really easy. What stood out the most was the staff super welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all my questions without any pressure. RABII gave excellent recommendations that were exactly what I needed. Overall, great atmosphere and top-notch customer service. I’ll definitely be back! 😊
Michael is a G. He knows what’s up, every time I come in I take awhile because I have hard time deciding what to get with all the options and wanting to try new things. But Michael takes his time, doesn’t rush me, and suggests products he think would be a good fit for what I’m looking for. Sometimes with bud tenders they suggest things but the product suggestion isn’t the greatest and you don’t really get the effects you’re looking for or they just sell you product that they don’t know much about or haven’t tried. Michael on the other hand gives options, is patient, and will give you his personal opinion if you ask. Every time he suggests something the product is mint. The location is convenient because it in the Byward Market, it’s not my go to location but when I need it for convenience and Michael is working it’s always a great experience! He definitely gives amazing customer service.
Stopped by the store and was really impressed with the staff, specifically Michael. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was looking for a certain 3 Saints strand/flavor that was unfortunatly not in stock but Michael me pick a good alternative which is now my favorite 😃. If you’re looking for someone who knows the products and what you're looking for, I recommend him!
I must say that this location is super busy but the staff is awesome. Specially the manager Amanda was super helpful with the product information (since i visited the a cannabis store for the first time). I was helped with the product details very accurately and was able to buy what i wanted and also the all the different products were arranged in organized manner which helped me skim variety of items in short time. Definitely recommend this store to others. Cheers🍻
