Good prices. Since they changed their entry though the wait time at the door can get a bit ridiculous, so not good if you're looking for quick service. Staff don't answer the buzzer and don't always check the door.
Most of the staff are super nice here and the prices are good. However, they have no system on whether who comes in first and who's supposed to be helped next. I have to wait for so long till the staff is done with people who entered after me yet get helped first. And then theres this black dude who did not seem to want to be there, processes my stuff and puts the stuff on the side for me to grab and eventho I said Ill take a receipt, he puts it on top of the rest of the stuff so I have to reach and grab them. Not a word no bag no nothing and walks away.. Like I said, most of the staff are great but having to wait so long and then have a rude guy in de end isnt what I choose this place over the others..
Employee with pink hair and piercings is very rude and always serves customers that enter the store after me, so i have a 20-30 minute wait each time. Last few months he wasn’t applying the discount even though i am a member and I noticed and told him, and he said « oops my bad ». Yesterday he served 2 people before me and then a girl came in and they spoke for 10 minutes straight. Complete disrespect. It’s not like im rude or anything im always smiling and polite, but i never get good service when they’re the one serving me. I told them that i had been waiting for a while and came in before the girl he was talking to, (and not serving they were just talking) and they both gave me a rude stare. I simply left and went to rideau. I do not recommend clarence Canna Cabana in downtown Ottawa.
21 janvier 2025 6 pm is the worst experience i had ever got with this store . The girl she was like she is selling me from her house , I think it is better to choose a good person to work there , there's not even a smile to the customer and she didnt respect the line she passed many people before me , I'm not going back there at all and I advice any persone who will find it ther to change the store is better !
